FRAUDE!!!
Fiz uma encomenda a 15/03 paguei, ENCOMENDA TM31489 - 2 RELOGIOS DAYTONA MOD - disseram prazo de entrega 14 dias. Até hoje nada e na transportadora o produto não chegou à mesma. Em mail no dia 08/04 responderam que houve um problema logístico que já está resolvido, no tracking da DHL não consta a entrega do produto. Nunca passou da criação da etiqueta.
interpelei via mail nos dias 17/03/2025, 7/04/2026, 08/04/2026 e 14/04/2026, deixaram de responder.
confirma-se tudo aquilo que outros reclamam aqui - É FRAUDE.

Empresa respondeu com “problema logístico” mas não forneceu prova de envio
Deixaram de responder aos meus mails.
Pelos vistos e consultando o trust pilot a situação é recorrente com esta empresa.

Shipment is much to long. Promised 1 to 2 weekse.... Tooks almost 4. 1th part no tracking at all, last part with DHL was normal. Watch is ok but for this price shipping an absolute "No Go".

Até a data dessa portagem, já ocorreu 3 vezes prolongamento na data de entrega, pelo link que me enviaram a encomenda ainda está na Alemanha. E não tem nenhum progresso a dias. Já foram mais de 30 dias da data da compra. Nós dias de hoje um prazo desse é praticamente inaceitável e sem falar que me enviaram um email a dizer que como já estava com os relógios era só tirar foto e enviar para resgatar créditos.

Very poor shop. I would never order from here. At first glance, the watch looks great, but individual parts, like the screws on the strap, come loose, causing the watch to fall apart.
When I asked for a new screw (since this one had a different diameter than the rest), I never received a reply…so that's for the 3-year warranty, which comes with a nice, but apparently useless warranty card.
Very disappointing experience and not recommended.

Ainda aguardo a entrega da última encomenda mas, até agora, os relógios que comprei são de uma qualidade muito elevada.

Parece muito bom ate agora. A experiência tem sido simples e positive, e tido funcionou como esperado para mim.

Completos vigaristas. "Seiko mods" são basicamente fake rolex e outras marcas caras. Copias chinesas com o logo seiko, de Seiko não têm nada nem são montados por eles como eles dizem :)

Just sharing my experience with the Daytona mod. It has a solid weight and feels like a proper timepiece.
The movement is smooth, and the free winder is a nice added touch. Overall, the service was reliable and the experience was positive.

Received my GMT yesterday and the finishing is superb. Shipping was about 10 days to London!!

I am waiting for a replacemnt strap as there was a part missing on the clasp from before Christmas.

Unable ot wear the new watch.

No communication from Tempus Mods regarding the delivery but i am hopefull.

I will give it a week or so and then post again if it remains undelivered

Comprei dois relógios no site tempusmods.com no dia 16 de dezembro e a experiência tem sido péssima. No momento da compra, o prazo de entrega anunciado era de 7 a 14 dias. No entanto continuo sem receber os artigos.
​O que mais preocupa é a total ausência de apoio ao cliente. Já enviei vários e-mails a questionar o estado da encomenda e as respostas tem sido escassas e sem qualquer resolução. O pagamento foi efetuado, o dinheiro saiu da conta, mas a loja simplesmente "desapareceu".
​É inadmissível uma empresa operar desta forma, ignorando os clientes após receber o pagamento. Não recomendo a ninguém que compre neste site até que a situação seja resolvida.

I ordered a modified watch from this company on December 8th, paying over 200€, with the expectation of a premium product and a transparent experience, especially since the brand highlights that everything is made in Portugal.

Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet those expectations. The delivery took almost a month, and the tracking system provided by the company was often confusing and inconsistent, sometimes showing unclear or future-dated updates. While customer service was responsive and polite, the explanations mainly referred to ongoing logistical issues, which did not fully clarify the situation.

Additionally, despite the emphasis on Portuguese production, the shipping information indicated that the item passed through Germany, and when the package arrived, there were indications suggesting it originated from Asia. I cannot confirm where it was manufactured, but this lack of transparency was disappointing and did not align with the brand’s messaging.

The delivery itself was also not ideal, as the package was left at a drop-off point without any prior delivery attempt or contact. The presentation was underwhelming: the box arrived stained and slightly damaged, which is not what one expects from a product in this price range.

As for the watch, it functions correctly and looks fine, but it does not feel worth the price paid. Considering the long wait, the confusing information, and the overall experience, the value simply doesn’t match the cost.

In summary, while the product works and customer service was responsive, the lack of transparency, logistical issues, and quality concerns make it hard for me to recommend at this price point.

The watch I received was far better than I expected for the price. The quality is exceptional and it was packaged very well which made it exciting to unwrap. I look forward to my next purchase in the new year.

The watch is not automatic as described I feel I have been coned by Tempus so I won't buy anything from there again 😡🤬 so much for quality parts

Encomendei 3 relógios há 1,5 meses. Apenas chegaram 2 , passado 1 mês e, após muito insistir e reclamar. O último relógio nunca veio.
Contactei várias vezes por WhatsApp, dizem sempre que está a chegar, agora já nem me respondem.

Não recebi a minha encomenda e paguei e ainda não recebi nada.

Experiência horrível! Não informaram
Que o relógio iria ser retido na Alfândega e não só isso causou constrangimentos e atrasa a emprega como agora a UPS informa que terei que pagar mais!!
