I was extremely apprehensive about ordering a mod due to not being able to see it and feel it first hand; however, I took the chance and ordered from RF. After ordering I began overthinking and wondering if it was a scam or if the watch would be good quality…well when I opened my package all of my worries went away.

This watch is beautiful. The sapphire is clear, the dial is gorgeous, the bezel is exactly the style/color I wanted, and the bracelet is of very high quality. I could not be happier with my purchase, 10/10 recommend and I will be ordering again.

I only received 2 watches instead of 3. I emailed the company and got no reply.UPDATE: I received the 3rd. Watch and everything is good. The watches keep great time and are of great quality!!

First, I did like the look of the watch. I was disappointed in the size of the watch. I expected it to be larger in proportion with the size of a Rolex. If it were larger, I would have given it a 5 and you would have had a repeat customer. Also, I did not receive my free toolkit ad promised. Fortunately, with all of the watches I deal with, I have all the tools necessary to make adjustments and repairs. My request, make the watch on the size scale of a Rolex and I would order again.

I’m very disappointed with this purchase. The watch took over a month to arrive, and when it finally did, it didn’t match the description. There were noticeable quality control issues as well. I attempted to contact the company multiple times over the course of a week through emails and phone calls, but received no response at all. Overall, a frustrating experience and poor customer service.

Estoy muy decepcionado con esta compra. El reloj tardó más de un mes en llegar, y cuando finalmente lo hizo, no coincidía con la descripción. También hubo problemas notables de control de calidad. Intenté ponerme en contacto con la empresa varias veces en el transcurso de una semana a través de correos electrónicos y llamadas telefónicas, pero no recibí ninguna respuesta. I recently ordered a beautiful watch from RF Watchmod, but unfortunately it didn’t fit my wrist properly.

What really stood out was Roger’s exceptional customer service. He was incredibly responsive and helpful in guiding me through an international return, which can be a complicated process.

Even with some shipping challenges, Roger stayed engaged and professional throughout. Great product, even better service. Highly recommended.

The watches are a beautiful piece of art . They are perfect in every way . I custom built them on the website, which was very easy. I’ll be customizing a few more soon.

Pésimo aparte de los casi dos meses de espera cuando recibí el reloj y quise ajustar la hora y la fecha el knob se salió el reloj es una completa basura ! Me contacté con ustedes me pidieron una foto de las mandé y no he recibido respuesta

I have never bought watches this way before but I’m glad I did. I took advantage of their buy two and get one free! What a great promotion. I love all three of them. However in my haste I didn’t take enough time to realize I could have personalized my watches even more. Don’t get me wrong, I love them but when I decide to order another watch I am definitely going to use the watch configuration option.

Habe eine Uhr bestellt, nichtmal custom sondern einfach auf der Seite. Diese kam ewig nicht an. Kundenservice hat sich auch nicht wirklich konstant gemeldet sondern alle paar tage zufällig. Mehrmals Retoure beantragt und darauf bis jetzt garkeine Rückmeldung bekommen. Mal schauen wie es jetzt weitergeht. Alles in allem ein sehr schlechtes Kauferlebnis.

Absolutely love this modded Seiko. The quality is top-tier smooth bezel, bright lume, and everything lines up perfectly. It keeps the reliable Seiko movement but adds a unique, custom look that really stands out.
Super comfortable for daily wear and gets compliments all the time. Easily feels like a watch that costs way more than it did. Totally worth it.

Excellent Service from this Brand!

I had ordered two watches, one had come with the incorrect rotor inside for the movement.

I emailed rfwatchmods letting them know what happened.

Roger got back to me really quick and informed me that they will get this resolved for me.
Fast forward… I received the rotor and a free watch band in the mail.

I will definitely buy from these guys again.
