We have been working this academic year - 2025-26 - with a fantastic consultant who really understands the needs of the children and young people at Beckmead Park Academy. He has worked tirelessly, precisely and effectively to introduce some excellent, highly skilled staff to the school and Trust, who have often gone on to become permanent members of staff.

ALERT!! ALERT!! WARNING!!! Don't be distracted by the 5* reviews below, go to pages 16-19 to see the real reviews on this agency. If I could give no stars I would. Stay away from these crooks, they will shout at you when you have work related genuine concerns or enquiries, and you will be victimised. My pay was withheld because I complained about a consultant whose mistakes were swept under the carpet. My wages was always late or not paid. If you're a good person, an honest worker and uphold your ethical values, please don't sign up with this agency, please. Don't make the mistakes I made by registering with this agency, you will regret you ever did so, you've been warned.

Tempest is a very supportive company, and I've had good experiences with all my placements. Onboarding process was quick and efficient, with placements being offered soon after application. Louise has found plenty of opportunities for me, been quick to offer assistance with any queries I've had, and takes an active interest in how my placements have gone. Would recommend.
