I was assigned to Aine Nilsson and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the moment I registered with her, she was attentive, supportive and genuinely invested in helping me find the right role. She regularly contacted me with opportunities, checked in before and after interviews, and went above and beyond to help me prepare and feel confident throughout the process.

What really stood out was how much she genuinely cared. Job hunting can be incredibly stressful and there were times when I felt overwhelmed and worried that I wouldn't find anything. Aine was always there to reassure me, offer advice and keep me positive. Her encouragement and support made a huge difference.

I was also registered with two other agencies at the time and the difference was night and day. Despite being an experienced and strong candidate, I received very little support elsewhere. Aine, however, was proactive, communicative and incredibly dedicated from start to finish.

I have now secured a role that I am really excited about, and honestly, I don't think I would have got here without her. She is fantastic at what she does and an absolute credit to her profession. Thank you, Aine, for all of your hard work, support and belief in me.

I want to say a huge thank you to Joanna and Michael at Tempest for the incredible support they’ve given me over the past few months. I’ve officially accepted a new role today, and I genuinely couldn’t have done it without them.

Having spent time away from full-time teaching to pursue other career paths and further study, I’ve worked with a number of agencies across London over the years. Unfortunately, many of those experiences were disappointing - from vague promises and lack of follow-up, to being put forward for completely irrelevant roles. It often felt like my experience and goals weren’t really being considered.

That completely changed when Joanna got in touch.
