I first went online like I have done in the past for a UTI prescription. I filled out the 20 page information sheet as they asked. I received a text back at 2:54 stating the the pharmacy I use is no longer is "their coverage area". Since they have sent scripts there for me in the past I called the number back and spoke with someone about this. I was told she would get in touch with the technical people to find out why my pharmacy was out of their coverage. Well that was 3 hours ago and this women never called me back or texted me with any info. I was in a lot of pain so I went to an outpt facility which told me that I had a bad UTI and got my script. I was charged the 79.95 and never received any services at all. I will never use telmdfirst again.

When my husband started with a productive cough of green sputum (maybe too detailed) but in any case it was 3 am on a Sunday. He told me when I woke up around 8 am and we had medication called in by 9 am. The service is wonderful for situations like this. Streamlined and simple. This service is fantastic! I simply filled out the very short forms/evaluation and 15 mins later we received a text stating that my husband had the prescription he needed being processed at the pharmacy! They even honored our request for affordable medication and wrote the prescription for the generic form of what he needed. Bc he has no health problems, takes no medication, and what he needed is a fairly common and simple problem for doctors to treat, he didnt even have to speak to anyone by phone! With a GoodRx coupon we had his medication in hand for about $17 and within an hour. The doctor visit alone would've been almost $150 so if we hadn't found this amazing service he probably wouldn't have been able to recieve treatment. We will definitely use this again.
