Saw the online website. Was interested as I have little money, and I wanted to improve my TV programming. Deciding to surprise my family members with a TV Christmas present, I ordered 4 of the Tellysticks.

I found out from my TV provider that the Tellystick would not work with my present TV programming. I tried to cancel the order by phone the next day but was told that I could not cancel as the order had already been shipped. The solution offered was wait 'till the package arrived, then return it for a full refund.

It took weeks for the "already shipped" order to arrive. I asked an address to ship it back to. Tellysticks took a week and three different offers of "We will give you a partial refund and you keep the Tellysticks." I can't keep them, someone else could use them.

I was finally given a California address to return them to, and it cost me $69.00 to mail the package back and track it. I will say,on a positive note, that once they received the package, the whole purchase charge was returned to me within a week. This company will stick to their warranty, but it takes some buyer follow up.

You respond quickly to messages.

This is a Complete scam, I ordered 2 of them and refuse to pay returning shipping. There are no 1000+ channels/movies free. Its a Cheap Android stick that is definitely older, you have to plugin a IR blaster for the remote to work. They give you a folder with certain streaming service in side that you cannot add to the main home screen separately. I remove Netflix trying to add it to my home page, When i search google play store, Netflix was not even in there. I think this is a China run google play store, Meaning FAKE. If you want a nice android Box/Stick, Just go to Walmart.

I researched quite a bit before I made this purchase. The site is very helpful and easy to use. I was pleasantly surprised that the aggressive sales tactics I see a lot of on other sites is not there. Just the facts. Price, functions reputation, etc.

Over ordered ,excess items returned with proof of posting never acknowledged no refund

The Tellystick is advertised as being able to provide free streaming services. This is false and has been confirmed by Tellystick support. The Tellystick provides a way to have your streaming services in one place but you have to pay for the streaming services.
I have complained to Tellystick about having to pay for the return shipping when I would not have made the purchase if the advertisement had not been false. I have to return the device at my expense to get a refund. Don't waste your money and time on this device.

I’m waiting for your response to my request so I can give you a response to your service.

Very prompt reply to my issue either the Tellystick device not connecting to my internet.

I’m not sure if the moxiplayer company is going to remedy the problem.
They seem to be addressing the problem.
Hopefully they will follow through.

Und wollen einen das Geld nicht erstatten, obwohl ich die Sticks zurück geschickt habe Paypal bearbeitet den Fall extrem lange ob ich das Geld zurück bekomme ist sehr fraglich !
Ich erstatte auch Anzeige wegen Betrug !
Also bloß nicht kaufen da ist schon einer Millionär geworden mit der Masche !

Absolutely SCAMMERS. They added 4 onto my order as I clicked for one.:I immediately contacted them not 5 minutes had gone by and they lied and said their shipping was so good the order was already filled and shipped. A TOTAL LIE. I finally got them to give me an address to return the product back for a credit. I got a tracking number and product has been received by them but the have GONE SILENT. I’m hoping PayPal will go after them for my refund. DONT BUY TELLYSTIK THEY ARE TOTAL LIERS AND FRAUDSTERS.

The TVstick does not work as advertised.It only has a few apps and they want you to sign in and pay. tried to get a return address but they said they would offer a 25% refund which I never received. This company is a scam. Do not buy,

I ordered one TellyStick that took 3 weeks to receive. After I plugged it in I relized that the claim that their product unlocks 1000 +TV channels is 100% false. I discovered that it does not unlock any TV programming local digital channels or otherwise. Their helpdesk phone number placed me on hold for 45 minutes and disconnected me without any return call. Their auto response bot was all apologies and no action. After demanding a FULL refund, they refused to provide me with the return address shipping instructions but offered a 25% refund of the purchase price if I kept the product.
DO NOT BUY THIS PORDUCT. They have misrepresented their product and have a non-responsive support system. I find this product to be VERY useless.
