Complicated for me.
The process to get downloads and stations was a lot more complicated than I thought it would be. I bought the sticks for my wife to be able to find shows easily but that is not the case.

They were very helpful on the phone, the item was just not what we needed so have to send back. If you needed these items they are great to buy. They just dont do what we needed. Very helpful staff.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A-#1 .I CAN'T RATE THE TELLY-STICK FOR THE FACT I'M IN THE HOSPITAL FOR A STAY. I'VE HAD COMMUNICATION WITH A COUPLE OF EMPLOYEES WHO WERE FANTASTIC, AND I'M SURE THEY WILL GIVE ME GREAT DIRECTION ON RETURNING THE TELLY STICKS. WHEN I LEAVE THE HOSPITAL IN THE NEXT FEW WEEKS AND GO AND DO MY REHAB, SOMETIMES IN THE FUTURE I MAY LOOK INTO THE STICK AGAIN . THANK YOU RUSS4/12

Ordered 3. They charged, and sent me 6!, Won’t connect to my WiFi! Wouldn’t let me send them back,,,offered 25% of total cost!! Got em up to 75% ! Accepted that because I was tired of arguing with them!

Too much promotion of add on features or products with very little info on how much if any product make the original order a good or bad purchase. If special add-on products are the only thing keeping us from deciding that this was not a legit product, and we have to go through all sorts of paperwork and run-arounds to get our money back, it was an all too common experience.

Did not work for us
The product does not work for us. My husband accidently ordered qty of 9 and we needed 1. after some searching I found customer support and Rose was very helpful in assisting my return. Thank you!
