I bought four tellysticks and first two that l received didn’t work to my satisfaction, therefore l am returning it.

My experience first of frustration because it was my mistake. Then surprised at the rapid response and resolution and cancelation of product.

transaction went well however i ordered too many by mistake .like to return 3 of them

Young lady was very helpful. She took my email address to send me instructions how to send six of these units back.

Very easy to order from the website although a few too many additional offers added in.

The product would not broadcast any local channels, only the premium channels that had a monthly fee.

Customer service rep was very nice sent follow up email about my order with 3 extra units and said they would not be sent or charged but I was charged and the extra was sent .

I had a problem with the unit I purchased. It would not work with my TV. I requested a refund and had it immediately. Thank you.

Give 4 star great company, there's no issues with return, however i thought that it was one of those sticks that comes all the channels already handy, totally confused their vibeside

The response via email was timely. The only thing I didn't care was the survey before getting return instructions and my refund. Otherwise good product from what I saw but I already have a similar item so don't need these one.

You advertisments are very misleading. You make it sound like your product is better than the invention of sliced bread. It's not. You claim that you get hundreds and hundreds of free channels. You have to purchase every app to get what you want and that's more expensive than what I already pay. So unfortunately this product does nothing for me.
