took a while to get the items shipped and Fedex delivery personnel are not the most attentive to front door instructions which makes receiving frustrating when they don't respect posted lunch hours.

Good computers. Pricey, but they work and do the job. Support could be better. Improve the support teams communication when damaged items are sent in for repair. Also the speed in repairs is terrible. It should not take 2-3 months to repair a broken screen.
