I bought TeeVeeing when it was known as…
I bought TeeVeeing when it was known as Mucho TV, in essence I bought it for my father to watch TV while he was in hospital, I installed it on an iPad. In concept its brilliant! Time has passed now and I was a bit suprised when out of the blue a few years later, a years subscription came out of my account. I immediately contacted them who, very quickly terminated my account and provided a full refund. Mucho TV and/or Teeveeing have always provided an excellent service.

Really a shame :(
I have to start by saying, even though I've had problems, the contact had been pretty good.
This is however the third time in a matter of weeks that I am watching my recordings and it just stops, after receiving an email with zero warning beforehand, asking me (again!) to renew my membership or start a free trial. I wrote with you two weeks ago and you said it was fine now. I have tried to pay online, even spoke to my bank to that my card is in working order. Everything has been authorised and yet my service just stops with no option to pay. This has happened yet again on a Sunday when I finally have time to enjoy watching what I have saved for the weekend. Even though I can pay! I am devastated. Anyone that lives as an expat abroad knows that this is important thing to help with home sickness. I love this service when it works. Please help!

The BEST app in the world
As a person who was brought up in the UK and calls UK my first home, I greatly appreciate the app. I can watch all MY programmes, both past and present, and still feel at home. I would be lost without the app and I'm happy to support the company in their endevour to contrubute to the happiness of the world as we know it.

What is happening with the app? I keep getting the message “502 unable to connect to origin server” There is no one to call. They were available to receive my subscription renewal a few days ago!!!!!!

Have been a customer for many years since the days of TV Mucho.Recently Teeveeing have upgraded the menu. The new layout makes it much easier.
The downside is if you have an issue it can take a long time for a response, sometimes days. When it was TV Mucho you used to get a response within an hour 7 days a week
Improve the customer service & I am sure you will get many more customers

Like the previous customers I had the same experience. Havung been a customer with them for years and receiving an excellent service I was dismayed when I was suddenly told my membership had expired. I was told that no payment had been declined but I still had to give proof of payment , in addition I was told I needed an android device which was news to me as I’ve been watching on my Apple iPad since I became a member. I tried updating my membership as requested several times but still no service . It all seems such a shambles which is a shame because it use to be an excellent service

Constant buffering spoiling programmes.
I am in the canary islands and try to watch programmes from back home whilst over but constantly receive the satellite image on my phone causing me to miss part or all of my programme. When with TV mucho this very rarely happened. To be honest it spoils the watching of the programme. I notice that yourselves are saying you are working on it but why was TV Mucho so much better with a lot less buffering all the time. Why not employ some of those ex much people to work out the problems. My phone is 4/5g with two internet connections so have no problems with the internet just the constant buffering. This has been going on last couple of months

Since Monday 26th August 2024 (two days ago) teeveeing is not working although my account is fully paid up to date. I have messaged to complain and left my number as I received a message saying that a manager would be in contact shortly. Nobody has gotten back to me and I am seriously considering cancelling my subscription because of this. This is simply unacceptable as I am paying for a service that is not being supplied.

Teeveeing has been virtually flawless the last few months, so I change my rating from 1 to 5. They have also improved the menu, and seem committed to more service improvements. Very happy now!

Still a great service
Seems some people here have been having issues but can only say what I have found. Been with Teeveeing and TVMucho for some time now and obviously there have been occasional snags but they seem to be quickly resolved. Did try to install it repeatedly on a new Firestick a few weeks ago and just got several strange screens about world satellites. I emailed Teeveeing help but got no reply. However, other devices were ok and the new one worked fine after a couple of days. Teeveeing is working great in England. Got the message about Spain a while ago and always use vpn and its working fine here as well. Nothing is ever perfect, even terrestrial tv, but basically I think it’s a great service. Yes, couple of things could improve (like bringing back CNN) but other services have come and gone but its still here. I hope other people’s issues are quickly sorted but generally I find its well worth the money so staying with it.

I cancelled teeveeing about 3 months ago as I live in Spain but a few days ago I have had about 80 euros taken from my account from a website called later.com. They took the money from my debit card that I had originally paid with to subscribe to this service,
I believe that later was the subscription that I had for saving my recordings on my devices.
Beware people. This is a SCAM!!

I have used mucho and teeveeing for several years using a fire stick. It now seems that teeveeing cannot be viewed using a fire stick. I have tried reinstalling the app but it simply will not open when using my fire stick. I can still open the app on my Google TV. Is there an issue with Amazon fire
