No way to get in touch with a real person on phone or even email them if you do not have your assigned number . VERY disappointing!!!!! Do NOT ever order from this company. Customer Service doesn't exist. The review that is to be sent to is not valid either. So I can not even email them about problems that have occurred. I am contacting my credit card company for possible fraud and the BBB.

My phone case got lost during shipment and I panicked! This is a gift for my 1st born and I knew it as soon as I saw it. I emailed your team and the rest is Happy History.🤗🤣

I ordered 2 t shirts in may and only just recieved the package early august only to find one shirt. I have tried emailing the support team but no response. The fact that i have paid for 2 shirts and only recieved one makes me very unhappy. would have second thoughts about purchasing from this compnay.

Ordered a shirt for my daughter. After a LONG wait, she got the wrong shirt. Online chat support only insists they sent what I ordered, says there is nothing to do, and then cuts me off. This happened twice. Both time end with a “how’d we do” questionnaire, which ends with a crash. Do not trust this company!

I love, love my You are.... Samsung 9 phone case. It came pretty quick! But I also ordered the Tee shirt to match, and I have not received it just yet. Trying to be patient!

i ordered a shirt the first week of june...going into the first week of august i have yet to recieve the t shirt

Ordered a shirt June 8th off of a Facebook ad and still haven't received it. Says its still in the printing stage. Many emails to them they blame it on covid and are going to send it over to production team to get it sent out quickly and I still haven't received it.but they would like to give me a percentage off my next order lol not going to happen will never order from this company again.

I like the posters I bought. I ordered 4 of the same one - "I will remember for you". Our Mom has Alzheimer's. I'm going to frame the posters and give them to my siblings.

I will update if I ever get the shirt. Ordered on July 4th, the status still says printing. There is no customer service number to talk to anyone. I understand a delay but 20 days and the order hasn't moved is ridiculous.

Update: 8/6/20 - The shirt arrived today, it's cute but the iron on patches are off center - there is no number to call regarding a replacement. I do not recommend ordering from this company, I will never again. This was NOT worth a 5 week wait. I could have ordered an iron on and done the same thing I paid $32.00 for. Very disappointing.

Ugh. Ordered a birthday shirt for mid June. Ended up having to change delivery address on order waiting so long past my birthday as I was no longer at temp address. Find out today it was delivered not to address they confirmed it would be shipped to, but my original shipping address on order. Customer service is a joke. They tell me it's on its way, here's the tracking, according to their records it is on way to my new address. The tracking number says it arrived to old address. Guess I won't know the quality of shirt & printing until I get my hands on it eventually. I thought I ordered it from USA, but it was shipped from the Netherlands. When finally shipped after printing forever, the shipping was fast...to wrong address.

I would think twice before buying from them, I ordered on May 13 and it is July 18 and they say it is still printing. I have reached out to them and I keep getting the standard answer that things are backed up but this is crazy, it's one shirt!!

Love Them. 2nd Time buying from them and still love them.
