oh my GOD!!!! i’ve never had a binder that has worked as good as this one. it got to me super quick, it’s so soft and comfortable, but it compresses me like nothing else!! im normally a 40D and it makes me look almost flat!!

fits very well and isn't too constricting. very effective at flattening despite the comfort.

First time I ordered it went great and the binder was perfect, and when I sent an email asking for help they were so kind. It said it was machine washable but I never did until last week where I put it on cold and gentle but the glue that holds it together dissolved. I emailed them and got ignored. I emailed them again 4 days later and still no response. Other people have gotten these mixed chances of getting to someone good so I wonder what’s up.

I was sent a size too big and when I reached out to support within their exchange time I got no response back. Despite sending a follow-up email, I've still not recieved a response. The binder seems well made but I nor anybody I know can use it. I'm sad.
Update: Unfortunately, the delay seemed to be due to the company going out of business. I did recieve a refund and will be donating the binder I recieved. I hope that the employees there are able to get through with little to no issues. Thank you, Fytist.

Ordered a binder for my partner for our anniversary to give to them on April 30. I used their measurements but it didn’t fit them and was way too tight to the point where they felt like they were going to pass out after just trying it on for a few minutes. They had to lay down after taking it off.

I contacted customer service immediately to start a return and still haven’t heard back - it is now May 12th. After reading the other reviews about similar experiences, I’m worried I won’t be able to return the binder I bought because no one will respond to emails.

The size chart helped so so much. I am struggling a little because it's the right size for my chest but Ive got a smaller waist, so it's a little loose past the chest, but it's not so bad that I'm mad at it. Just the heads up for the big titty small waist committee. Super soft, perfect for my sensory issues

Great binder!!! Very sensory friendly, I can be flat and still breathe normal. This binder is pretty good for plus-size ppl, although it can be a little short if you’re taller than average (this does not affect it’s binding capabilities). Overall I love it and it’s my first choice when I am getting dressed.

I have tried 4 times to contact the company to exchange a binder and had absolutely no response. Very disappointing. Spent alot of money, will not order or recommend if I can't get a response.

The binders seems high quality but my kid can’t wear it because it was too tight, even though this was supposed to be his size. The]at might just be him needing a size up for comfort or because all bodies are different. But the problem is that I tried to contact customer support to exchange the binder for a size that fits my kid, but it’s been a week and they still haven’t responded. I recommend putting an automated exchange presses on the website instead of having the customer email the support team.

Received my order and the sizing is completely off. I've reached out to the company multiple times (email, facebook, instagram) to arrange an exchange with no response. I finally found a phone number to call and someone's kid answered the phone saying their mom runs Fytist and won't be back home until June/July (it's May 3rd). I have no idea how to proceed and am out a lot of money now. Really upset and obviously wouldn't recommend this company.

Shipping time was great, product works well, and it came in discreet packaging! Not many companies do discreet packing so I appreciate it!

Finally something that works for someone with bigger chest! I'm still not 100% flat but its flat enough to pass and eases my dysphoria, works better than binder I've tried before :)
