Really fast service, communication was excellent, little moan, the box was abit battered.

Great scooter, even better than I had hoped. Have managed 29km/hr so far, so actually faster than stated.
Haven't manged to test the full range of the battery yet. But have completed 15km with 50% battery still showing so think the 25km stated is very plausible.
Great build quality, good app. Lots of fun.

I have been trying to contact someone regarding my purchase , I have sent e mails and had no reply also called head office and someone took my details but nobody has called back this was on Monday and Tuesday and it’s Wednesday night now

Awesome scooter,after having xiaomi 1s for 1 year I've upgraded to techtron ultra 5000 and this scooter is amazing fast good battery life very stable i just love it!!!definitely will recommend to my friends

I did next day delivery it came in 6 days, the scooter back tire is now flat and I can’t get help to fix it. All I want is a good assistance but don’t get me wrong the scooter is great

Bought the Techtron Ultra 5000 to go to the gym which is 6.5miles away. So 13 miles to go there and back home.

Specifications state the scooter has a range of 25 MILES!!!! But my scooter battery dies 2 miles before I get home almost everytime. Meaning on moderate speed and smooth road terrain this scooter will give you 10-15 miles.... absolute scam

There support team is a less than useless call centre run by kids in India

the 25mph speed limit it claims can only be sustained for about a minute before the battery cant take it and bring you back down to 15mph

The hill climbing capability is literally pathetic. expect to go 5mph tops up a steep hill and drain the battery.

I am most annoyed that this scooter is presented as long mileage, all terrain, speedy beast when it is just well marketed garbage from china

complete waste of £500, so disappointed. I was so excited to receive this thinking of all the journeys I could go on.

Now I am on a mission to sell this piece of sh** as I threw away the packaging as I was too excited to receive this

I have been waiting almost 3 wks on an electric scooter to arrive and have sent numerous emails with no response!!!

I like the product as described, however the customer service was not satisfactory. I was told that I will be sent a tracking number and item will be delivered in 48hours, but it was delivered in 96hours. I was worried at first that it was a scam. Eventually I received the item. There was no response to all my written inquiries about the status of my order. I think the company should improve on online customer service

Shipping infor was incorrect, did not arrive in the 48hr delivery window (even during business hours), had to contact customer services to chase up shipment status to be told they would get back to me in 2 days. Had to sternly decline that offer and ask for immediate follow.

When item did arrive, there where some scratches on the fram from impact damage, the rear mudguard bolts had been cross threaded. Upon full setup I activated the unit which immediately produced error 16 'motor hall anomaly' and scooter would not switch off but only flash. Also seemed to appear in the app.

Scooter eventually reset itself and now works however, there has been 2 occasions where error 16 has appeared again.

Nice scooter when it works. Comes with nice phone holder and app seems to work really well with the scooter (android).

Mixed experience from this company their customer service and service departments aren't to quick to respond to questions. I raised the error code 16 issue last week and still had no reply to date.

I recently bought the pro 3500. A great scooter for its price. The best feature I must say is the cruise control which you can access through the app. The app is also really helpful and not buggy. The downside of the scooter are the brakes very squeaky but with a few adjustments that can be fixed also you can’t have a comfortable ride on many surfaces as the tires are puncture proof but does the job for me.

So far so good 3 weeks ago when i received the scooter

I got the Pro 3500 last week for daughter. Its small and really snappy.

Excellent scooter very well built, and very powerful pull’s me good and I’m 15 stone.

I’ve bought two scooters in the last 2week, they arrived in bad condition due to bad workmanship, they arrived scratched, full of marks, the rubber on the board is lifting off, the running board isn’t symmetrical its wonky, the wiring is to thin, it won’t last long it’s rubbish, handle bars on one of them the are badly stripped at the stem so is unsafe to drive, on the other one the wheel wobbles really badly has been put on wrong or isn’t sat in flush, suspension on both scooters don’t work as they’ve been over tightened and now don’t budge, I’ve emailed the company twice with pictures attached and they’ve completely ignored me, I’m very unhappy with this, I don’t have money to waste so I expect a good service, these are horrendous
