Excellent online chat function allayed my fears about this relatively unknown supplier. Online payment went smoothly, and while delivery was expected to be on a Monday (after I ordered at 4pm on a Thursday), in fact DPD delivered the item at 10.30am on the Saturday morning. Excellent service, great price, will use this store again.

Very professional company - they called me when I had an issue on the website that couldn't be helped via their online chat and fixed it instantly. Quick responses, clear shipment updates and very fast delivery. Great prices too! Found this website by accident but will definitely be using again!

An honest and reliable supplier. Prices are very competitive and beating top discounters in my case. From order to delivery was a lot faster than expected.

My whole tech panda experience could not have been better!

Firstly I ordered 2 laptops that were already the best price I could find, they were then delivered next day for the same delivery fee as many other websites 3-5 day.

I also got in touch immediately after ordering to see if it was possible to get the serial numbers of the units before they shipped. Andy could not have been more accommodating of my request, I got the serial numbers the same day as ordering, which was a massive help for me

I would have given 5 stars for their customer service as there was a very rapid response to my queries. However, I give them 0 stars for omitting to put the house number on the address and thence delaying the delivery by several days.

Great price, and found the laptop i wanted in stock when no one else had it.

I am really happy with Tech Panda. I needed a super heavy duty laptop for work and home, that would run Maya, Adobe suite, Avid, Unreal engine and many more and knew the spec I needed, guess what. Tech Panda had it. They delivered the laptop next day and the packaging was amazing. The email communication was brilliant - kept me up to date every step of the way. Also, the laptop was cheaper on Tech Panda than anywhere else. I will definitely be using them again for my Tech needs. Thank you and well done for surviving Covid by creating this company.
