Informasjon om virksomheten
Skrevet av virksomheten
Teach Sunday School exists to help individuals, families, and churches grow in biblical understanding through thoughtfully designed faith-based learning resources. We create Bible studies, Scripture cards, journals, and educational tools that are meant to be practical, approachable, and easy to use in everyday life. We are a small, independent business with a mission-driven focus. Every product we offer is created in-house with care, prayer, and a deep respect for Scripture. Our resources are used by parents, teachers, small groups, and individuals across the United States and beyond who are looking for meaningful ways to study and apply the Bible. Most of our orders are fulfilled digitally or shipped directly to customers, and while the majority of orders are completed smoothly, we recognize that issues can occasionally arise — including delivery delays, confusion about digital versus physical products, or unmet expectations. When that happens, we genuinely want to make things right. Feedback from customers helps us improve our communication, processes, and products, and we take it seriously. Customer support is handled by a small team, not an automated system, and we aim to respond as promptly and personally as possible. We are continually refining our product descriptions, fulfillment timelines, and post-purchase communication to ensure customers know exactly what to expect. We are grateful to those who choose to use our resources and to those who take the time to share their experience. Our goal is always to serve with integrity, clarity, and care.

Pretty Shady
Made a legit order then they did an "up sale" for $1.00 for a bookmark PDF which I took. Somewhere on that up-sale screen there was a checkbox that said "Subscribe for $19.95 a month".

Hi Robert,
We’re sorry the subscription caught you by surprise. We never want a customer to feel that a recurring charge was unexpected or unclear.
The KidMin Power Pack subscription terms are provided with the promotional offer, but we’ve also made improvements to how these offers and subscription details are presented so they’re easier to understand before purchasing.
Please contact us here so we can locate your order and help out further: https://teachsundayschool.com/i/contact/

Hi Paula,
We’re sorry the item was smaller than you expected from how it appeared online.
We do include the card sizes on the product page but we understand how it may still seem smaller when they arrive.
Making sure customers have a clear idea of what they’ll receive before ordering is important to us, and your feedback is helpful.

Hi Mary,
We appreciate you pointing this out. We understand why you would prefer a more contemporary translation for a resource intended for children.
Your feedback about the Scripture translation is valuable, and we’ll make sure it’s passed along as we continue reviewing and developing our resources.

A great purchase for my granddaughter.
I bought these for my granddaughter. When she looked at them and was nodding, I knew they would help. She connected the key ring inside the bag that she carries at school. That was all I had to see. 😊
