Ordered a pair of sidesteps for my truck , showed in stock. Confirmed order and took payment. Received a email that they where not available and no suitable alternative either. Inquired mutiple times as to why take payment in the first place and if they cancel the order where my refund was. After telling them that i would open a paypal dispute if i didn't hear from them and no response ever i have now opened said dispute. Save your time and peace of mind , go elsewhere.

Bought with guaranteed fit for a 2025 gmc sierra 1500 thought it was great couldn’t find any other mount. Mounts showed up don’t fit around 1/4 in off hood studs

T Dot Performance is a joke, bought an exhaust system that was delivered by UPS. Picture proof but they dropped in my driveway, in front of the garage. I worked 12 hrs that day and didn't get home until 8 pm. The delivered item was gone, stolen. Spoke with some clown about the insurance I paid for and supplied the delivery pic as well as the requested police report for the theft. Nothing was done, the insurance as well as this business is dogshit.

My order was missing some 02 extenders for my build and these guys got them to me within a week which was crazy I’ve ever had delivery that fast before

There were some issues around fitment of some parts that were not clear on the website but the staff were very responsive and helpful in getting things resolved. Happy to do business with TDot.

These guys are the biggest time wasting jokers. Constantly advertising products and stock and they never actually have stock. Can you imagine trying to spend $6,000 with this company and having to cancel both orders. Ordered a set of wheels that showed in stock. Of course I get a notice that they're going to be 40 to 60 days. So I figured well I'll wait. 60 days comes up and I find they're going to be another couple months I call the manufacturer to get an update and they explain to me they don't have any of the silver wheels but they have no problems swapping them out for black wheels at no extra cost. You would think this is a no-brainer for TDOT. I was asking to swap them out for black wheels which were actually $40 cheaper each wheel. And guess what? They want me to pay more money like hundreds of dollars more LMAO. They must be allergic to pleasing customers and processing orders. Here's a picture showing how much money I tried to spend with them ($6000) and both times had to cancel the orders and order from partsengine instead. And here's another picture of my new order with partsengine for the wheels that TDOT cannot supply me with plus I thought I'd throw some tires on there too ($2700). Never deal with these guys. Just a bunch of time wasters.

The owner will now get on here and reply like, "sorry to hear about your experience please contact me personally so we can work this out blah blah blah blah" here's a tip Patrick... Find a way to please customers while they're placing the order not after they cancel them!

Waiting over a week and still no tracking number. Finally tracked the actual company shipping it from Las Vegas and they said they have been trying to contact Tdot due to issues between them. Tdot never responded and I had to fix the issue with the supplier.

Neither myself or the company sending my break lines have heard from Tdot after their mistake.

Will not buy anymore car parts from these guys. Especially when they say “ships from canada” but my break lines are coming from Vegas.

Their “shipping protection” is a complete scam. My package was stolen and they did not cover it even though the policy I PAID for clearly states that it is fully covered. They started ignoring my emails

Also slow shipping, terrible customer service and overinflated prices and dropshipping is the cherry on top

Do not do business with these scam artists

I bought 2 parts from tdot performance, one of the parts were delayed due to supplier issues. Tdot performance refunded my money and offered an upgraded part for a discounted price. They responded quickly and had good customer service.

They went way out of their way to try and find me what I wanted for my 2014 Laramie Longhorn

Very good customer support

Made a purchase from TD but the description of the part was not correct. It stated that the lights were LED but they were just regular lights. It was very disappointing to find this out after I had them shipped. They gave me a small refund for the inconvenience, but it still was a letdown. They have since corrected the item description so hopefully I helped someone in the future making the same purchase.

Delivery time was more than month, and in the end I got damaged items.
