TCS Digital Solutions Anmeldelser

Being new to printing labels, I wasn’t sure what would be the best option for my products. Melissa helped tremendously not only in finding the best option for my products, but also label material. They went above and beyond sending me samples of what my labels would look like and Brian spent a lot of valuable time helping me get my printer set up and working. I am grateful for TCS digital solutions and will send all my friends there.

There was an issue with my delivery, I commmucated, and TCS acted swiftly to solve my problem. Top notch customer service. Will do business with them again.

Excellence and professionalism is what you will find at TCS, (I found it myself) as they will go the extra mile to help, and guide you through the process, based on the product you choose or need. I purchased an Epson CW- C4000 ( a great label printer) for my Business and Melissa was extremely helpful with everything. I highly recommend TCS Digital Solutions! Thank you guys ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

the only issue I have it shipping. I cant expedite shipping to get here any faster other then that great experience. Shipping is still pretty quick.

Fast shipping. OEM ink as described.

Easy to use online ordering and the prices for Inks is so great. Always receive our order in a timely manner.

Quick response and good customer service.

The price was good and even though I forgot to add a promotional free item, they still sent it. Then there was a follow up email regarding a maintenance box that would basically be used up completely by the time the set up was done, which allowed me to have an additional one sent. Great customer service!

Even though I ordered the wrong thing, they quickly contacted me via email to let me know that I had ordered two separate things and to verify if I wanted them.

Exceptional customer service. Knowledgeable and honest. Will always consider them first when buying.

You guys were amazing! I haven’t tried the printer yet. But the speed at which it came was amazing. Customer service was friendly. Melissa was amazing! Thanks a million!

Turn around was very fast, customer service agent made it so easy to re-order what my business needed.

Awesome business to deal with. Friendly staff. Competitive pricing. What more could you ask for?

I needed the ink and my usual vendor did not have it. I searched the internet, found your company right away and was able to order what I needed AND at a more reasonable price! I'll definitely continue shopping with you in the future!

Brian has made our transition to professional labels easy. We appreciate all his time with us

Bryan and TCS are very knowledgable, patient and they have helped us with multiple successful projects. We are repeat customers and will always come here for our labeling and printer needs.

Melissa was excellent to work with.

Thank you!

The gal that answered the phone was extremely knowledgeable. Was able to answer all my questions and even offered to email me my cartridge compatibility list with my printer. On top of all this, my call was answered immediately, not like places you have to go thru a ton of menus and options only to be placed on a long wait. I’m super satisfied! Thank you again!!!
