Slow but Sure Customer Service
While the time difference made for less than speedy (by American standards) response time, once they began responding they tried to do everything they could to resolve my issue and did resolve that issue. Now me paying for shipping the second time wasnt optimal, but in the end was okay. Never use USPS for something this expensive THOMAS BIRD LONDON!!

Standard shipping to the US can be a bit slow as we have encountered a few issues so we would always recommend upgrading to Priority shipping with Fedex for a quicker service.

I bought a blue pair of Chelsea boots with a blue belt. I also bought a black pair of Chelsea's and accidentally bought another blue belt. And I was contacted and asked was I sure I wanted a blue belt instead of a black belt that helped me tremendously forgetting a black belt with black boots.

A wonderful experience
Creating an online Retail experience that feels like the best of more traditional shopping in store is very difficult to achieve in the more luxury end but TB have managed to achieve exactly that. From the website browsing, through ordering to delivery & then the product itself was first class.
