Very good 100% recommend

We had a very positive experience with this car rental company. The whole process was smooth and easy, and the car was in good condition. A special thank you to Giorgi, our agent, who was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. He made everything simple, explained everything clearly, and was always available when we needed assistance.

Excellent customer service from Giorgi — we really appreciated his support and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to rent a car.

Great service and very responsive team

Very honest and helpful. Car was clean and reliable. Great prices.

Every single detail was good, booking, documentation, services, honesty. 5 star experience. Also Mr. Alexander was really helpful and responsive, he made everything easy and fun.

Good service. Very very polite staff on each stage , booking , receiving , returning the car .

Always contacted me ahead of time. Were very helpful and polite.
The car was good and I got back value for the money

We had a very good experience with Tblisicars.com. The car was good and the service was even better!
Absolutely loved that they were very accommodating and tried everything they could to help us and make our experience very good with them. They even came to our hotel to drop the car because it was more convenient for us.

Great at all

We chose this company because it was cheaper comparing "big companies". It was really good decision. Communication was really easy, Giorgi picked us up at the Kutaisi airport, he took us to the company office located cca 3 minutes far from the airport. Then he explained everything in a very detailed way, he explained all the traffic rules in Georgia. We received even better car than we had ordered, brand new, really good. We returned the car in Tbilisi and Giorgi waited for us at the place of our accommodation. Everything perfect, highly recommend.

Honest company, helpful and friendly staff. Good pricing, transparent. Would recommend.

Apesar destes pequenos detalhes recomendo o aluguel.

Landed in Tbilisi and needed a car to get to Kazbegi region in early May, they were highly responsive, able to make a reservation in a short notice and the car was very enjoyable and in a good condition.

Would highly recommend! will use again when I'm back in Georgia

Communication with Nikoloz was excellent. We wanted to avoid getting caught up in city traffic for our trip to Kazbegi and he was very helpful organising a convenient drop-off. Admin was straightforward and transparent. The Toyota RAV drove well and we had no issues with the vehicle.Returning the car to Tbilisi was smooth and hassle-free. Recommended!

Alexander was so helpful, gave me a best price with amazing service. That's my second time I booked with him.
Will do more in the future.
If I could rate him 10 stars I would do no hesitation.
