Car as booked, we were collected from the airport entrance. No problem with car return at 3 am !

Great and fast communication, all went well, car was ok for the best price across the market in Kutaisi. I can recommend!

The car pick up and drop off were easy to find. The owner is kind and speaks good English. The car was clean and in excellent condition. I

Great companie, we landed in airport in the night time , and needed to right just 1 message , guys came straigt to us and we picked the car in 10 minutes. Droped the car also werry quick . Werry informative staff, gave us all recomendations about speed limits how to not get in trouble . Great companie recomend it 1000 000% Great countrie great people great food great everything. 😁🤝💪💪💪

Všetko bolo OK, až na detail, že sme museli riešiť umývanie auta pred jeho odovzdaním, aj keď sme mali zaplatené plné poistné krytie. V iných požičovniach mali túto vec už ošetrenú v cene požičovného a riešili si to sami a nie klient v strese pred odletom.

All went smooth with them. I could choose where to pick up the car from, they drove it to me. Delivery and return were fast, without trouble and very friendly

The car rental was excelent. We had a problem with gear box and they provided a car transporter and gave another car.

Polecam. Bardzo dobry kontakt. Szybki odbiór z lotniska. Bez problemu załatwione wszystkie formalności przy odbiorze i zdaniu auta. Maszyna zgodna z zamówieniem czysta i gotowa do jazdy. Polecam pełne ubezpieczenie bo drogi są różne.

The guys who work here are honest, attentive and so helpful! They really went out of their way to make sure my rental experience was easy and pleasant. I rented a very affordable economy car, nothing to write home about, but a great price and it ran very well. I’ll definitely rent from them again. Thanks Tsibilisi Cars. :)

A complete scam company!!!!!! Do not rent from them — they are absolutely unreliable. Why? First of all, before arrival they send a message saying they cannot accept credit card payments and that you must have cash both for the car rental and for the deposit (already the first step in a scam scheme). Then they offer full insurance (even though we have worldwide car rental insurance through our platinum credit card, it becomes invalid because Tbilisicars only accepts cash payments). We bought their full insurance anyway (so you feel “safe”), and then they inform you that the insurance only applies if you call the police in case something happens.
After arriving past midnight, we photographed the car from all sides — it was already dented and scratched everywhere, but it drove fine. During the entire trip, we had NO INCIDENTS OR ACCIDENTS at all, and the car spent most of the trip parked in a private hotel garage in Batumi with surveillance cameras.
When we returned the car, we immediately became suspicious because four Tbilicars employees, all holding phones, started acting out a scene pretending to be concerned about our rental car, searching through photos, discussing what to do — even though the car was obviously returned in EXACTLY THE SAME condition as at the beginning of the rental.
Then they asked whether we had photos of the car before taking it. We showed them the pictures we had taken that night. Again, the four employees discussed among themselves how to scam us and pretended that our photos did not clearly show a tiny scratch on the rear bumper. They then announced that they would not return our deposit.
We became extremely angry and wanted to call the police because they were clearly trying to deceive us. They claimed that we should not have continued driving the car once the scratch appeared — even though the scratch had clearly been there long before.
A staged scam. Deposit not returned. Never rent from this company! Even if you have no incidents at all, they will fabricate a situation claiming you caused a scratch and keep your deposit.

I have rented new model of Toyota rav 4.
The car was clean, I'm very very satisfied, great service.

We had a great experience with the car rental and it made our holiday run smoothly. No hidden costs or complaints or whatever. Everything was as spoken. Friendly and helpful staff!

Car exsacly as offered. Service on highest level. Staff very protective. Will recommend to my friends.

Friendly and reliable people with good communication the previous days, pick-up on time as expected in Kutaisi airport. The car was very good also. I suggest them!

Very helpful and heart-warming staff! It was a wonderful experience!Totally recommend it!

Very friendly team, simple process, got a free upgrade and the guys even cane to pick up the car themselves at the end. Super, 5 stars!

Great car company
Quality cars and service

I recommend this company without hesitation; I received excellent service, with utmost respect and efficiency.

First, I would like to thank Alexander for his great and beautiful way to greet and talk to tourists as us. It was our first time in Georgia and he didnt only serve us with the car rental he also helped us to know and explore most activities and places in the country. What a great service and nice hospitality. I recommed for others to choose this car rental company also for the affordable prices and honesty.

Thank again and special thanks to Alexander🙏

Very good service much appreciated
