Had a Help to buy survey completed service was great and wasn’t disruptive to our day, recently got a desk valuation done within a couple of hours too great service

They cancelled an inspection 15 minutes before they were due to arrive, due to an emergency.

Whilst this was frustrating, I know these things can happen.

Disappointingly, I was offered another date 9 days later. When I asked that this be brought forward, given the urgency (this is delaying the sale of my property) and they were the ones that had cancelled on me, it was point-blank refused and offered no alternative other than the delayed date.

I have found another firm and will avoid Taylor Surveyors in future.

Great communication when first enquiring to book a valuation. Quick visit to the property and then received the valuation the next day.
