I had a great experience with the TaxScouts, but Taxfix is a shame. I have to give a credit to my gestor , who so far has been great, so no complain here, and to the customer service which tries to help but they obviously can´t as the platform is bugged and it´s a torture using it even for the simplest tasks. I´m seriously considering a switch as this has become unbearable

Muy contento con TaxScouts. La plataforma funciona muy bien y el soporte responde rápido y con soluciones claras.
Destaco especialmente a Héctor, siempre atento y eficaz, y también al asesor fiscal asignado, muy profesional.
Una experiencia muy positiva en general

Mi asesor es Borja Torea y quedé fascinada, siempre esta disponible para resolverte cualquier duda, además de mirar siempre para tu bien intentando reducirte al maximo los gastos, cosa que se valora un monton! Encontrar un gestor que te ponga todo tan facil es algo muy valioso como autonoma, gracias, recomiendo mucho sus servicios, seguiremos en contacto!

Una vez estas dentro, pasan de ti.
Llevo desde el miercoles pasado intentando que me den de alta de autonomo, pues el gestor que me asignaron paso de mi completamente, me tira un borrador sin presentar a la SS y se va de vacaciones, no te avisan de nada, eluden su responsabilidad , te dejan colgado y sin respuesta. Una verguenza de servicio.

Mi gestora la ha liado parda y luego ha desaparecido.

Taxfix, aunqué no se ha echo cargo del 100% de lo qué voy a tener gastar, al menos, al final, ha respondido correctamente.

I've been with the service for almost 3 years now, but their recent rebranding (or whatever it was) from Taxscouts to Taxfix is a total disappointment. Apparently, their Plan Pro for 39.90€ (which in fact is almost 50€ with taxes included) offers zero accounting assistance. I repeat - ZERO ASSISTANCE. You pay for NOTHING. They suggested to switch to a 59.90€ plan where I can get the support I needed. I issue just one invoice per month and submit several expenses, so I don't need an advanced package with calls and other unnecessary features, I just want Taxfix to do their job and to FIX what they have done by changing their condition and notifying users postfactum. What a shame

I had two gestors before Borja, and they both disappeared on me. However, Borja has been the absolute best in terms of timeliness, communication, and knowledge. He helped me with a few processes outside of just my taxes and invoicing, and he always is around to answer my questions. I would highly recommend TaxFix, just beware of getting a great gestor!

Estoy muy contento con Taxfix. Todo el proceso fue excelente y profesional, me ayudaron perfectamente con la devolución de impuestos del estado. Agradecimiento especial a Borja Torea por su atención. Los recomiendo totalmente.

Mi experiencia ha sido desastrosa y me ha generado un perjuicio económico, emocional, y personal enorme.

Durante meses estuve solicitando, de forma insistente y documentada, que gestionaran mis impuestos de la manera más eficiente por estar embarazada. Me informé por mi cuenta, envié todos los documentos necesarios y advertí sobre posibles errores que estaban cometiendo. A pesar de ello, mi asesor ignoró mis indicaciones y cometieron un grave fallo.

Inicié un proceso de reclamación interna. Taxfix reconoció su error por escrito, pero tras meses de espera decidieron lavarse las manos, se contradijeron y negaron el perjuicio, alegando que "no existe".

Por su negligencia, voy a perder 9.000 euros, una cantidad que no puedo asumir. Soy autónoma, estoy embarazada y madre soltera. Este error me coloca en una situación económica y personal muy vulnerable, afectando incluso la seguridad de mi bebé.

Llevo meses intentando resolverlo, he pagado por su servicio, y aun así me abandonan frente a un daño que ellos mismos provocaron.

Es totalmente inaceptable que una empresa que presume de ayudar a sus clientes cometa errores tan graves y luego se desentienda de las consecuencias.

Me encanta el servicio de TaxFix. Mi asesora Silvia es maravillosa, responde a cualquiera de mis preguntas y me explica todo, ya qué yo no sé nada, ella tiene muchísimas paciencia conmigo. Siempre está pendiente y me responde en meno de una hora, tal vez en pocos minutos. Con ella, todo es fácil y claro, porque nunca me deja a mí misma. Muchas gracias Silvia!

Silvia ha sido un gran descubrimiento. Yo no era consciente de que tenía muchas cosas mal y ella lo ha detectado, ordenado y solucionado todo con una claridad y profesionalidad increíbles. Me asesora de verdad y por fin siento tranquilidad. Totalmente recomendable.

Both my girlfriend and I had been Taxfix customers for 3 years and during that time, their accountants *didn't get one single declaration right*. I'm not exaggerating. It really would be incredible if it weren't so sad.

The amount of money Taxfix has cost us due to wrongly submitted forms and declarations has reached 4 digits now.

And the best thing: they never admit to making mistakes. If they submitted a declaration stating that 2 +2 = 5 and you pointed that out, they would insist that they're right and have done nothing wrong.

At first we thought, well, maybe we got the one bad accountant they have. But we've been through many of their accountants now and it's always been the same.

Stay away from them! They'll only cost you time, nerves, and money.

This is simply untrue. Every step of the way, I had informed their support about everything that was happening. They knew 100%. They had all the info.

That's very interesting to know, because I asked them to help me post-filing with the errors that they made and the notifications I had received, and they just claimed they couldn't help me with that because the tax advisor who screwed up everything wasn't working with them anymore. But that's in general what they do, always denying any responsibility and leaving the problems for you to solve.

To be precise about what the big scew-up was, btw: They submitted a wrong declaration for 2022 *without my approval* and 2.5 years later I'm still fighting to get that right. They have supported me 0% in the process, even though they knew everything.

Update 29.12.25:

I've adjusted my rating because Taxfix actually came forward, admitted they were wrong, and offered to help me finally resolve my predicament, which I happily accepted. It would have been nice if this had happened 2.5 years earlier, but well ... everything seems to be fixed now on that front. I still can't give more than 2 stars, because there's still some discussions to be had and it has been a very painful 2.5 years.

Taxfix (antes TaxScouts, como dicen ellos) es el mejor servicio de gestoría que he conocido como autónomo.

Con una interfaz limpia y clara, con un diseño que te permite ver todos y cada uno de los pormenores de tus facturas, gastos y gestiones cómodamente.

Te adjudican un asesor personal con el que puedes comunicarte por mensajes directos que quedan registrados en la conversación (facilitando la comunicación y las consultas cuando lo necesites) y, si es necesario, pueden adjudicarte otro.

Pero lo mejor es, sin duda, su equipo técnico y de atención al cliente. Te contestan prácticamente al momento y siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte o hacer de intermediarios las veces que haga falta, siempre buscando la mejor solución para ti. Y, lo más sorprendente, con una calidad humana que es rara hoy día y te deja la extraordinaria sensación de estar en manos, no ya de trabajadores, sino de personas. Y esto, la verdad, me genera una confianza y una gratitud que no puedo expresar adecuadamente.

Estamos muy satisfechos con la gestión de Taxfix. Han conseguido que un proceso que normalmente resulta complicado sea sencillo, rápido y cómodo, todo desde casa y sin complicaciones.
En especial queremos destacar el trabajo de nuestro gestor Juan José, que ha llevado un seguimiento exhaustivo, siempre atento y disponible para resolver cualquier duda. Su asesoramiento ha sido excelente, claro y profesional en todo momento.

It is unbearable. I’m just so stressed and upset, I don’t understand how somebody can be so inattentive and irresponsible working as an accountant. And their support just stopped answering. They promised me to solve everything by today, but they didn’t. Finally, I get so frustrated so I canceled my subscription, even though I’ve been with them only for three months.

My case is easy, I have one income payment a month, and just a few expenses, yet the accountant Alejandro did not manage to do my Modelo 130 right. He made a mistake in the total sum of spendings, and even after I showed him what was wrong, he sent me back an incorrect declaration.
From the very first moment, I sent him precise messages stating where I did mistakes in my spendings, but it seems that he was just ignoring them, repeating those mistakes in the declaration.
I duplicated one expense because my bank account was linked, so I asked him to remove it multiple times, but he only got what I wanted on the third day. Then he deleted another factura that should not have been deleted. Then I had to ask him to unlock the spendings again because the system added IVA to Social Security payments, which was incorrect. And I had to ask for every of those small actions multiple times, so it took three days communicating, and my documents are not ready yet.
I had to read chats and online guide, I don’t understand why I have to do that if I paid for this service. I just started my autónomo, so I don’t know anything yet.
He also couldn’t explain why he put digits in the field 15 even though I did not have any negative results of my business in previous months.

It is almost a deadline, today was the last working day, everything must be applied by Monday, but nothing is prepared. I could do it worry-free myself using online guides.

Tomorrow, on Saturday, I will have to waste my day of learning about modelos and trying to apply them by myself because I do not trust them anymore. I asked them multiple times to change my accountant, they didn’t do anything.
