Not delivered order
Did the order and payment on 16th May. Getting the confirmation email “Your order is packaged and will be delivered”. The status till 27.5. - nothing has changed. On my request I got 2 emails “sorry for the delay, we’ve got a lot of orders, your order might be delivered within a few days”. There is no phone number , only email. I regret I made the order here.

Finally Able to Enjoy Coffee Again Without Stomach Issues
As someone with IBS, regular coffee always caused me bloating and stomach issues, so I had basically given up on it. Tasty Dose Mushroom Coffee completely changed that for me! Ich vertrage diesen Kaffee nicht also wollte ich Retoure machen aber dieser muss zurück gesandt werden nach Slowenien und die Versandkosten trägt der Kunde dabei selbst. Das sollte man wissen wenn man retouniert. Ich bestelle nicht mehr der Kundenservice ist auch nicht wirklich gut lassen auf Rückmeldung warten. Nur 1 Stern sorry

I placed my order on May 19 and since then I have received absolutely no information about it.
I received the invoice/payment confirmation, but no shipping confirmation, no tracking number, and it seems like the order has not even been processed or dispatched yet.
I have contacted support multiple times by email, but I only receive automatic replies and no actual response from a real person.
I understand delays can happen, but completely ignoring customers after prepaid orders is very frustrating and unprofessional.
I would really appreciate an update regarding my order or a refund.

Extrem lange Lieferzeit
Das Produkt (Coffee Starter 2.0) werde ich wohl nie bewerten können da es wohl nie kommen wird. Lieferzeit sollen 1-4 Werktage sein, jetzt sind es drei Wochen seit der Bestellung. Keine Tracking-Nummer. Aber Hauptsache das Geld ist abgebucht.

Mega schmackhaftes und Energie gewinnendes Produkt
Hallo,erst war ich sehr skeptisch. Pilze und Kaffee,das soll schmecken und Energie bringen??!!!Diese Werbung sah ich so oft,das ich schließlich ein Testpaket bestellen wollte. Doch es kam noch besser,es gab ein Testpaket mit Tasse,Löffel und kleinen Quirl dazu. Da konnte ich nicht widerstehen und habe es bestellt. Die beste Entscheidung ever. Ich war ein Kaffeeyankee,4-5Tassen am Tag waren keine Seltenheit. Die Energie kam trotzdem nicht so wie ich es mir gewünscht hätte.
Doch jetzt nur schon nach ein paar Tagen 2.0,trinke ich nur noch zwei mal Kaffee am Tag und habe volle Energie und das beste er schmeckt einfach super lecker. Mein Favorit ist mit Salzkaramel. Habe alle getestet und dieser schmeckt mir am besten. Die andern schmecken auch mega,doch Salzkaramel ist meiner 🥰. Gerade wieder Nachschub bestellt. Auch das Collagen und Refresh ist nur zu empfehlen.

Ich habe mir den Kaffee bestellt und…
Ich habe mir den Kaffee bestellt und bekam auch zwei probier Päckchen mit anderen Geschmacksrichtungen.
90 Tage Rückgabe und diese möchte ich dann in Anspruch nehmen.
Rücksendung kostet über 10 € da es ins Ausland versandt werden muss.
Bekomme auch schnell eine Email das die Retoure zurück gekommen ist und seitdem passiert einfach gar nichts.
Sprich ich hab weder Produkt noch mein Geld zurück!!
1 Stern ist selbst hier zu viel.
Auf Emails wird nicht reagiert.
Deshalb mein letzter Versuch mein Geld wieder zu bekommen.
