Very respectful of materials.

Well first of all the appliance bought was dropped in my yard which dented the draw of stove which was concealed by the plastic that was on it. Then I asked about why the top of control panel why was it lifting up was told it was suppose to be like that for cleaning. It wasn't like that when I bought it. Had to go to store and get another drawer since this one was messed up. I was really upset. You need to have more than one person to deliver. The delivery person looked like it was his daughter which she couldn't help him very well at all. I have complained to store.

My bookshelves were damaged during the move. No blankets were used and part of the shelves had white paint left from white van. Never again!
No one on the website helped with the issue and the website does not have a place to add a complaint or submit a claim. My antique was damaged forever.

Communication is not good. I kept receiving emails about “helping with a move” when they were actually delivering an order.

The 2 guys were great.

First task only one helper showed up.
2nd task helpers didn't show up.
3rd task never found helpers.

Great job as usual! The workers were right on time and took the time to fully understand the job before starting. They moved quickly but carefully and the amount of time needed to load and unload took much less time than I expected. I will definitely be using them again!

The delivery was quick (next day), with a very affordable price. Scheduling and easy and everything was on time.
Ordering the service was a bit complicated, I've been using IKEA delivery services before and in other places around the wrold, and I know the service order can be simplified.

The two movers stole numerous items and I have filed a police report. They were dropping my boxes right and left. They had no regard for my possessions. They complained about how many boxes I had. Then taskrabbit/dolly tried to get more money out of me. Your business sucks!

The worst app I ever encountered and never worked at all, what a hassle to get out of my money back not even 100% back!! Their system is to trick people and charge for no service. I would never ever use this app. Do not recommend it. If there is minus star I would

They showed up in the time sent via text. They quickly removed mattress, box springs, frame and set new bed on bed frame.
