Movers were on time. Professional. Careful with out possessions. Less happy with changes since merger with Dolly. No longer can you choose your own tasker and see their rates to compare. Price we paid much higher than almost identical move last year. Couldn’t message tasker before move. Price went up after i cancelled a stop bc the agent said might take two trips. Will price shop next time and look for better platform interface.

The WORST customer service, ever. Read the threads and maybe you’ll stop prompting me for feedback because you’ll understand your team completely mishandled my experience.

They were good and did what they were asked to do.. I feel like the price was a bit high but we were crunched for time so oh well

They were very professional and kind told me to relax that they had everything in order. I watched and they were very careful with my things and quick. I would recommend task rabbit to everyone. I didn’t have cash to tip them but I bought them Wawa hoagies and water that’s how much they impressed me

Watch for hidden fees. Many other places to choose to remove your items. Would not recommend.

Movers were excellent. Arrived on time, came with all necessary tools and did the job. No hassle, no questions.

To be honest, I’m disappointed. They didn’t wrap any of my furniture and left 4 furniture pieces noticeably scratched. They put my mattress on the floor of their truck without wrapping it or using a furniture pad and left it in my new room covered in leaves and dirt on one side from the floor of their truck. They were fast, but i would’ve appreciated more care considering I paid $500. I won’t be using Taskrabbit Delivery again.

On time, delivered as expected.

They were very communicative, efficient and worked hard to get it done quickly. They were careful with everything and took care when packing to make sure everything was secure before moving the van.

On Saturday we realized we needed more help that day for moving many boxes to another location. Within a very short time (less than a hour) Taskrabbit found a tasker, namely Jeff C, who arrived promptly with his truck, moved 20 boxes plus, was efficient, pleasant and had the job done quickly. We couldn't ask for better cooperation or respect and we are grateful to Jeff C who we'd request for future jobs! Thank you!

The first attempt for the delivery the driver did not show up and didn't call until AFTER the delivery time. I had to call the store and service many times. However, they did refund that trip and after that, the next delivery went smoothly.

The workers were great. Prompt, careful and nice people.

Miguel D. and his helper were wonderful. We had a lot of stuff and they moved us efficiently, carefully and without any issues. We would definitely want to hire them again. Additionally, the entire process with Taskrabbit Delivery was easy. From booking in the app, to customer service, to the communication surrounding the move, everything was great. I'll definitely be using Taskrabbit more often.
