Fast, quick toprated

I'm pleased with my order, my love of cross-stitching started over 50 years ago. I was anxious to start another work of love for my family and found the exact piece I wanted. Happy stitching!

Everything was delivered during the time frame. It is exactly what i ordered. Price is right for the patterns. Customer service is excellent.

Their kits are always well done and include everything you need!

Excellent products

The cross stitch is so easy to do and it is so relaxing to do when you have had a bad day

The kits included everything promised, but the pattern print quality was very poor. It was blurry in several areas on both kits I ordered. Although they kindly sent replacements, the same issue occurred again.

In addition to the poor print quality, much of the pattern used very light colors with similar shades placed next to each other, making it difficult to distinguish. This was consistent across both kits.

Unfortunately, due to these issues, I will not be ordering from them again. It was not worth the price.

Instruction graph very hard to read. Just use a magnifying glass to distinguish emblems and colors. Thread is poor quality and just use the needle threader every time. Also fabric too small for an embrodery hoop. Very disappointed for the price paid.

I love these kits, I had to contact them because some threads were missing & received a response that they were being mailed

I wish I could include pictures. I was excited to do the suitcase picture with the hobbit-like door. My friend did the suitcase with the lake in front of the cabin. The pictures shown are beautiful and very well defined. However, the completed pictures look very little like the pattern. I contacted them and they said the "preview images are generated using professional cross-stitch software, so there may be some color differences compared to the actual product and it cannot be 100% identical." Some differences??!! It is completely different. There is very little definition, too much black, vibrant colors in the preview look washed out in the final product. Buyer beware. I would definitely not order this again nor would I recommend anyone else buy it only to spend hundreds of hours to complete and have it look very little like the preview picture. I already have almost 500 hours in and about 2/3 done before I fully realized how different it was so I will go ahead and finish. It is ok if someone else looks at it and doesn’t know what it should have been—but I do.

Ordered 5 and had to go back for more, great designs and awesome customer service. Came quick too now I have months of enjoyment ahead of me

Found the company name very misleading. I thought I was ordering from the UK but no China. The item told 10 days to arrive but the tracking was very good. I prefer counted cross stitch but the chart has very small squares, had better. Would not order again as I prefer uk companies

I am so annoyed with my cross stitch project. I ordered 4 designs and now that I was finally able to sit down and start working on it I noticed that the colors are completely wrong! I emailed customer service a few days ago with pictures showing how incorrect the colors were and it has been silence! I absolutely love the little dragon sitting on a stack of books and the colors are pretty straightforward so how could this be so messed up? A pastel green book should have pastel green thread. Easy enough right? Nope….. it is dark brown, black and maroon. The little dragon should have teal spikes along his back…. Easy enough right? Nope…. they provided a dark blue thread and so on and so on! What a waste of money. I’m so upset because I absolutely love this piece. Hoping they respond to my email and offer to make it right.

Item came in sooner than expected. All items are clearly labeled. Only thing I haven't figured out is the outlines as I purchased the printed canvas and don't see them on it or the pattern. Cannot wait to finish this.
