The game is destroyed by developers. No fun to play. You buy weapons and after a while became useless. Waste of time.

This game is so terrible. It seems fun at first in the beginning, early stages for new players. I wasted so much time on this crappy game (2 years). Developers only care about the money that players give them to get the META. They don't care about players' opinions at all, nor the game's balancing issues. The balancing is horrendous. It is entirely pay to win, and soon to be pay to PLAY.

There is no fairness or balance in this game. Even if you create a new account, the other low ranked players are actually all "veterans" who create multiple accounts and are on full drugs. There are actually no new players in this game. The player base is dwindling and soon there will be none left. The game is not fun anymore.

i cant leave groups, the graphics look like ps2 hagrid, the fps is dramatic, the matches are unfair, the hud is broken, the friend options are f*cked as well, fix all this stuff please will ya.

this game was an awesome game, i played it all throughout my childhood, and it was very nostalgic, but after about 2016, the game has started changing drastically, adding all this pay to win garbage, and hi tech loading and garage scenes, wich detract form the original spirit of the game and ruin any nostalgic effect it could have n veteran childhood players like me. the game seems to be trying to be something it's not, and while additional turrets like the striker and magnum, and gamemodes like rugby and juggernaut, these cool additions come with more cons than pros, as the game makers have slowly made it a pay to win game. i wish the devs could take it back to how it was in it's prime, instead of making it an off putting game to any new players.

i have played this game for years good fun and enjoyable however in the last 6 months i have to repeatedly log on in order for my tanks shots to count at least 70% of the time my tank doe not score when i hit another tank so regretfully i am stopping playing shame its a good game when it works

I have played tanki for many years, but with all of the modifications and costs, it is now a game for those that have money.
I fully appreciate that the owners of tanki (Russian I believe) need to make money, but it is now a cost too far.
In addition, so many tankers cheat now and tanki modifiers do nothing about it.
Teams are not equal, nor are the tanks.
Over the years my tank has become weak and non effective, even with certain add ons. I have full defence against many turrets, but i'm blown up after just 2-3 hits, unlike Russian tanks, who seem able to take 10-12 hits.

sure it's fun to begin with, but once you reach third warrant officer 3 everyone has payed to play. everyone is just spamming power ups and now this game has a battle pass? its gone for good to average and average to bad. the creators and people who make this game NEED to take down spamming power ups. its only fun if you pay, and its extremely hard to progress with. probably in top 5 most pay to PLAY games on the .com.

I have an account on my computer ,due to a reason we have to delete all programs from the computer ,so I downloaded it again and this time it got logged in but ,it's just loading kindly see to it

Das Spiel ist eine Micropay-Falle für Heranwachsende. Ohne echtes Geld kommt man kaum voran und man ärgert sich jedes Mal wieder, wenn andere Spieler vom pay2win Gebrauch machen, wenn man selber Fair bleiben will. Zudem ist der Kundensupport wirklich nicht gut; es heißt sehr schnell 'Sorry, wir können nichts machen', obwohl man mit etwas Willen und Kulanz sehr wohl was machen könnte. Ich habe eine größere Menge der Spielewährung aufgrund eines Fehlers verloren, den das Spiel selbst zur Hälfte verursacht hat und bleibe jetzt auf dem Schaden sitzen. Werde meinen Account jetzt abgeben.

It's a fun game and all but there are so many damn hackers. Feels like security doesn't exist anymore and ever since they got rid of the kits begin available in the garage it took a down turn. Actually, since they nerfed the shaft it began to take a down turn. All these stupid jump hackers and speed hackers. Also a certain kind of movement hack i've seen lately where they move back and forth in a short area somehow and avoid getting hit. They also stole gold boxes from me so easily.

I hadn't played tanki since 2015, and my friend mentioned it (yesterday) so I decided to hop on today, and oh my god. I got into the second rank, and usually it takes 1 game to go up 3 ranks. This time, it took me 10 GAMES to get to the 3rd rank. EVERY SINGLE PERSON had an M1 hull and turret, and then there's me struggling with an M0 smoky and hunter. APL just destroyed the game after 2015. 2015 Christmas map was the best too. Now, just a pay to win game.

Notice: if you want to succeed at the game;
you must be prepared to:

1. Spend $100 dollars as soon as you sign up, otherwise you're behind the competition already
2. Be ready to get demolished by the unfair matchmaking system.
3. Be ready to grind your job, otherwise you'l be homeless. (that is, if you are committed to the game)

I’m just gonna start off by saying I’ve been playing this game for over 6 years. Lots of people down below are saying the game is trash. And yeah, it can be. I don’t like in-game purchases with money. I don’t like match making. I prefer to choose my battles. I miss when paints and protections were the same. What the hell are drones? And why is every turret killing me so fast?
Tanki was a great game with so many players. Honestly, the devs need to go back to how things were a few years ago. Have matchmaking, but get rid of premium accounts so people don’t have to buy their way into joining battles they want. Lower the prices of turrets and hulls, their waiting times, and paints too.
Okay. What about overdrive? A lot of people like it and a lot of people don’t. Personally, I like it. I think it spices the game up a bit. So maybe Tanki can make it a bit harder to get overdrives? Or maybe they can have a section of the game where you can use overdrives or where you can’t. Overall, I still play to this day, and I think it’s a lot of fun. But definitely not as much fun as it used to be.

Hi I'm from UK Change tanki back to 2015 it was so fun. But not anymore cause everyone is maxed level. If you guys change it back 2015 lots of people would come back and play this game it's so cool game I still love it but not as much 2015. Still lots of Peoples come back to see if they changed it back to 2015.

what the fucq is this game. I started playing TO back in 2012 and I had such a great time, playing with friends and i really enjoyed the game, i watched all the V-logs, participated in all the events etc. i played until 2016-17 where I got bored and moved on to other games. Now, after 4 years, I come back to the biggest dissapointment ever. The game isn't even fun anymore, everyone is maxed out, all supplies activated 24/7, and stale as fucq, what the fucq is this matchmaking system? I can't even compete anymore, how are people the same rank as me, driving around with multiple maxed out turrets and hulls, it's impossible to play anymore, I just get 1 shotted by some Russian kid, sitting in his 1 bedroom flat, probably obese as well. What the fucq have you done to this game? It's simple, if you want to have fun, then you better be prepared to spend your hard earned cash on shittyy turrets and hulls. No more crystal boxes, they were the best ways of actually progressing in the game, now im stuck in my MK4 turrets and hulls which are rendered useless now, but back in the day, they were considered good. Fucq you game devs, you used to have around 80 000 players on your servers but no wonder you have 10k or less players on your servers now haha, you've lost so many players over the years due to your useless updates, i hope that number goes down to 1000 players or less :)

9 year veteran of Tanki Online here. that person who said people who said "don't listen to whiners. the game is fun" would've been right a few years back, maybe in 2013-2015 but not anymore. There's a reason why tanki online back in 2015 had 80k players online a day, now adays if you go on tanki it barely has 3k players. You need to have the top equipment, turret, hull or you're just going to get one shotted. Where's the skill in that? No matter how skilled you are, if you are using a lower level tank than the enemy you're fighting, you're going to die. They merged russian servers with english ones and now you won't ever find a person who speaks english. don't know the same language? great, you have no communication with your team. If you want to play a match, you can still select what mode you want to play on but that's it. You get auto placed in an ongoing game and that's no fun when it's already half way through. By the way, you benefit a lot if you buy a premium account (cost real money), 50% more exp and 100% more crystals. This game is pretty much worth it for the highest bidder and it's not fun at all if you actually want to play as a free player.

BTW don't forget about Tanki X guys. Why would they even think of making a second Tanki game instead of using those same updates/platform game engine for Tanki Online? They ended up shutting down Tanki X because they didn't have enough people spending money on the game and the server cost was too high because of it... just wow.

TankiOnline WAS the only multiplayer game that I really, really liked when I first played it many, many years ago. It was fun back then. It was SIMPLE to play, You collect turrets, hulls,kits, etc. You can upgrade them as you rank up, without too much time and effort, even without spending money. So many battles to choose from. And you can choose battles where you can see your friends playing, and join their team. There was even a choice of English, Russian, and International battles. This is important because choosing English battles mean you can speak english in the chat window, and ALL your teammates would understand you, so you can plan strategies to beat the other team. I LOVED Tanki!.....THEN IT STARTED......The developers started making changes, drastic changes (they call them "updates"). NOW, they added turrets & hulls (which is fine) BUT they made various upgrades to them that are complicated and difficult to get without paying. You cannot choose your battles anymore, they "match" you to an existing battle. Heck, you may even find yourself playing against your friend! Or, you enter a battle with only a few seconds left to play (crazy isn't it?). And no more English battles. They're all International. So forget about planning your strategy for your team to win, because your teammates only speak Russian, HaHaHa....And FINALLY, the last nail to the coffin, they changed the game platform from FLASH (which was doing fine) to HTML5. The graphics is now totally different too. MORE complicated, difficult to read texts on the screen. That is IF you can enter a battle. So there, I REALLY, REALLY MISS THE OLD TANKIONLINE. THAT WAS FUN. THIS NEW ONE? FORGET IT.

The quality of the game went down really badly in the past years and so did the number of players. The developers have added various game mechanics to make people spend more time playing yet these damage the quality of the gameplay (ex: challenges). They have sold on some occasions items (that affect gameplay a lot) exclusively for real money (which is like a nice slap in the face if you are a free to play user). The number of maps available in the matchmaker is rather low (you could also play custom battles but devs incentivise people to play in the matchmaker so much it's not even worth bothering with custom battles) so there's a severe lack of diversity in terms of gameplay. Battles are usually extremely unbalanced and it's just not fun. There's probably way more reasons for why the game went downhill but I can't be bothered to think of them all.

dont even bother guys this game consists of 90% buyers that spend 100s of dollars and block 50% of your damage and they spam double defence damage and speed and overdrives also teams are pretty much always unfair
