Very well organized. We really love the escape rooms at this venue. We highly recommend it.

We played our first virtual escape room game from this company and it was fun. Merlin’s Castle is one of the easy titles and was pretty straightforward but it took us over three hours. We’re not new to escape rooms (live and virtual) so we think taking so long for this game was a combination of overthinking some of the puzzles and some of the graphics being a little dark for easy interpretation. We got this game as part of a bundle so we’ll see how fair the more difficult escape rooms are from Virtual Escaping. There’s no question that Merlin’s Castle was a fun game but we think it could have been better for us with some changes. We’ll keep playing. Fingers crossed.

Graphics are a bit dark but overall, very creative and fun

It was a pretty fun experience! Great long distance date night. One star off for having an unsolvable stage due to incorrect answers but the hint fixed that. I would recommend it!

Absolutely loved the online escape room! Was well thought out and really made us think. Can't wait to complete more.

we did the Merlin Castle escape room, it was beyond disappointing. The opening video did not work (which I gather from other reviews happen regularly) so we were launched straight into the game without backstory.
The game is a series of combination locks. The only variation is that some of them involve letters or symbols rather than numbers. The clues/riddles to solve them are very badly written (I suspect AI had a hand in these). In one case there was a mistake in the provided clue, so that puzzle was unsolvable without resorting to brute force or asking for a hint (which just gave the answer).

Was a good challenge and fun puzzles, hints were handy when we felt lost, overall good play

This was soo much fun! My cousin and I have been on an online escape room kick, and we both agreed that Artifact Isle was SOO fun and the best one we’ve done! We just completed Underground Murder and have two more waiting for us tomorrow!

My wife and I have done a 3 different escape room through this company. We have found most of the experiences fun and challenging. My wife seems to have a bit of a better experience utilizing her laptop. I have had a few issues using my IPad (which i was made aware of before purchasing. All in all great way to spend a few hours with your family and friends.

My husband and I leave in two different countries at the moment and we've done a few date nights using this site. Its great to have something we can do together that's fun and different!!

Finally for once an escape room online that bring everyone together. Me and my partner in long distance relationship..this is a great treat for us. The video chat function is perfect touch.

The online escape room experience was brilliant, it allowed us yo connect as a group of friends living in different countries.
The storyline was great and the hits were very helpful!

Excellent way to spend a couple of hours with the family, we've done a few from this company and would definitely recommend

We've played The Asylum and Detention and really enjoyed both. The graphics are great, gameplay is very smooth and the puzzles are challenging without being too frustrating. The in-game chat is REALLY nice! It makes it simple to have other players join the game from anywhere so sharing info is easy. We really like that each player can explore on their own and anything they find or unlock pops up on all screens so players are always aware when something is discovered or solved but aren't bogged down by or limited to only what the team leader is doing. The only thing that was a little bit frustrating was that the cursor sometimes wouldn't highlight some of the small things we were supposed to be able to click on so there was some backtracking. Overall, a great experience and a cool way to do something entertaining with friends and family. We'll definitely recommend it!

We purchased Merlin's Castle Escape Room as a bit of family fun over the holidays as the weather was rubbish. The kids loved trying to decipher the puzzles and messages hidden within various book.

One of the best Escape Rooms we have done together, certainly not easy but not so difficult you lose interest.

We did Merlin's Castle. There was no way to communicate other than Chat. For half of the hour, my screen was so dark I could barely see anything and then I got a Sign into Merlin's Castle screen in the middle of the game and everything brightened up. We could not possibly have gotten through to the end without hints. It was so hard to figure out what was going on we had to be lead through the entire thing. Way late in the game, the hint told us to get something out of the Book and it was about 10 screens ago. We could no longer access it. Not a very user-friendly interface.

These escape rooms are great. Very challenging. We did one with a group of people in the same room. And we have done a few using the in game video chat. The video chat works amazing. The games and graphics and puzzles were very well done. Highly recommend to buy and try it out!

It was really fun and the ability to interact and experience the escape simultaneously with people far away was great!
