The service is extremely poor. Managers seem to change every couple of months, which makes communication very difficult and frustrating.
On top of that, messages and emails often go unanswered for long periods of time. It is very hard to get a clear response or timely support. Overall, the experience has been very disappointing and the level of service is far below what you would expect from a professional company.

in the beginning there was a bit of a mess regarding my personal registration, but once this was sorted everything was smooth as it goes. Can recommend any expat to entrust yourself to them.

I want to specifically my assigned accountant Gabriel Segui - he is the most professional accountant I have encountered in my entire carreer. No question exists that he does not have an answer too! Awesome and HIGHLY professional in everything he does

Talenom compró la gestoría con la que trabajaba y estaba muy contenta. Qué desgracia, desde entonces mi gestora se dio de baja (ahora creo que entiendo por qué), mi nueva gestora era correcta sin más. A mitades de enero recibí un email anunciando que subían la tarifa en más de 20€/mes. Les intenté hacer entender que con mi volumen de facturación no podía asumir esa tarifa, ni intentaron hacer nada. Pero lo indignante fue que, pese a darme de baja en enero, recibí la factura de febrero. No contentos con intentar hacerme el cargo (69€+IVA nada más ni nada menos), me pidieron que lo devolviera. Es decir, tuve que hacerles yo el trabajo de estar pendiente, de que me hicieran el cargo de los 83€ en mi cuenta y devolverlo. Pues bien, qué alegría la mía hoy cuando recibo la factura de marzo! Si necesitáis un gestor contratad a cualquier otro, Talenom da un servicio de pena.

They do not care, they do not communicate, and they will not take responsibility for their mistakes.

Absolutely unacceptable service. I was a paying client of Acompany/Talenom in 2023 only for 4 months, and my experience was nothing short of a disaster. The accountants assigned to me—first Josep Royes and then Jordi Manich—were completely unresponsive and unreliable, especially when it mattered most.

The worst incident occurred during the quarterly autónomo tax deadline. They ignored my emails and calls for an entire week, leaving me completely in the dark about my declaration. Despite multiple follow-ups and even calling the office, I got no response whatsoever.

Then, to make matters worse, I later discovered that Jordi Manich submitted my taxes WITHOUT my authorization, just minutes before the deadline, using completely fabricated numbers. I have no idea where he got them from, but they were wrong and inaccurate, forcing me to spend hundreds of euros with another accountant to fix the mess.

This was gross negligence and straight up fraud. They took my money but failed to provide the service they promised. And yet, they never failed to charge me every month, despite their incompetence. They did not stop charging me monthly via direct debit until I threatened to sue. I finally only got the few months of fees refunded at the end, without any additional financial compensation of what their gross negligence had costed me.

To add insult to injury, even after all this, they have continued to spam me with promotional emails for the past two years, despite me trying to unsubscribe every single time.

Do yourself a favor—avoid Talenom at all costs.

A mí me ocasionaron más de un error que se convirtió en sanción en hacienda y tuve que pagar yo, por no meterme en denuncias. Si quieres tener problemas no dudes en contratarles.
Por otra parte, las tarifas son desorbitadas y una vez que dejas de trabajar con ellos, cuidado, represalias.

Asesoria que no asesora, funcionan de pena y cobran una barbaridad para lo que hacen. Se desentienden de todo aunque cuando se presentan son maravilla, según ellos. No te pongas en sus manos

Me cobran un 30% que el año anterior y me dicen que es debido a mis aportaciones de donativos y planes de pension. El año anterior tenia las mismas aportaciones! Abusivo!

I'm waiting for my renta IRPF for my mortgage which I had prepared months in advance. Now it's come time to submit it suddenly it's endless delays for no reason, except it appears that the person dealing with my account is doing it intentionally because we don't get along (would you get along with a service that isn't great?) They took over my previous service from a company they bought which was a much better company and service. It's like they want you to do their work for them using their platform to do everything and using your own time but still charge you. They delay things continuously and I'm pretty sure it's done passive-aggressively. Very annoying company. This is my second review, they asked me to delete my original review and I did, but unfortunately, they still don't provide an efficient service.

The worst service, the platform does not work. The advisors have not experience, they stop to answer you. but of course they charge you for all!! very bad service one of the worst!!! stay away

Estafa, no sirve para nada

Tienen un servicio pesimo. Como gestoria fiscal son responsables de presentar a tiempo y correctamente todos los modelos a la agencia tributaria. Conmigo es error tras error, llevo meses pediendo semanalmente que me arreglen un error que me hicieron en un modelo, y meses para que me presenten el balance corregido, NO HAY MANERA. Y todo el mundo sabe lo dificil que es salir de una gestoria para otra si esta ultima no tiene todos los documentos bien organizados y presentados... Me encuentro totalmente bloqueado y con sanciones a la vuelta de la esquina

El servicio empeoro mucho desde que Nomo el antiguo nombre, fuera cambiado por Talenom.
