Too firm. No good option for exchange.
The Original Pillow was too firm for me. There was no softer option offered in a pillow of the same height as the Original so I returned it. The return was a hassle requiring multiple emails. I made the mistake of using the pre printed return label that was offered which resulted in a ridiculous amount being deducted from my refund. I suggest only ordering from this site if you are absolutely sure you will keep the item.

Complete Lack of response from customer service
I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone to return my pillow. I’ve sent multiple emails and text messages but haven’t received a single response. Now I’m stuck with this pillow and no way to return it. Very disappointing customer service.

I'm retired and live on a fixed income. My pillow was flat. I woke up with back and neck pain for months. I decided to splurge and buy one of your pillows. I'm so glad I did. I'm sleeping so much better. Thank you for making these pillows.

The foam latex pillows are amazing. The plush cover is also so soft and luxurious. They are made in the USA and arrived beautifully packaged and protected. There are by far the best pillows I have ever owned.

Great product
I did my research before purchasing the mattress topper! I didn't want memory foam, and latex seemed to be the way to go. I was a bit worried when it arrived. I was thinking it wouldn't fit our bed. However, everything is fine. It's wonderful and comfortable. I'm not waking up with a sore back. Money well spent!

Horrible service
UPDATE: Talatex promised in one email to ship my item from stock in another country to make up for their mistake in handling their inventory on their website. Two weeks later, they emailed saying it would be over 2 months before they restocked in my country and they refused to follow through on their previous offer to ship it to me from another country. Tehy believe the cost of international shipping is too high to keep me as a customer. This company has given me the complete run-around and made it very clear that they do not value me as a customer or care to take accountability for the trouble they have caused. Please save yourself a lot of time and trouble and don’t order from them. You will not get what you ordered.
I bought one of their pillows on Amazon a couple years ago and loved it. So, I decided to order directly from their website. I waited an entire week with no shipping confirmation, despite the fact that they already charged my card. Then I got an email saying there was “a sudden surge in orders” and my item will not be back in stock for 1-2 weeks. The only options I was given were to wait longer or change to a different product. They offered me a 10% discount on a future order, but nothing to compensate me for this current inconvenience, and why would I want to order from them again if they don’t make this right first?
I then went back to their website and the item still shows as being in stock and there is a promotional discount for 12% off. So they are either lying to me and making me wait weeks for an item they are selling to other people at a lower price or they are continuing to take orders on an out of stock item or maybe they are just scamming me.
I have tried to email and am not getting a response. I also tried their website chat, which is always offline due to “the time difference”. Who can say what time zone they are in? They post business hours on their site, but do not specify the timezone. They have a Whatsapp # from the UK, but their chat is not active during the specified business hours in the UK timezone.
I wonder if I need to cut my losses and open a dispute with my credit card to get my money back. I just really wanted the pillow I ordered and I am super disappointed in the way I am being treated.

A Good Product and Good Customer Service
I bought a pillow that was too thick for me as I am a small person. I worked with Nina in customer service and read their tips on pillow selection and exchanged a standard semi soft pillow for a soft one which flattens more. I was assisted in doing the exchange by Nina and all went smoothly and I’m enjoying my new pillow. A good product and good customer service.

Handled a return quickly and professionally
The mark of a good business is how they handle things that go wrong, even when it's not their fault, and Talatex gets an A+. I've slept on latex pillows for years, but their Firm Standard size that I ordered turned out to be both firmer and smaller than I preferred. Totally my responsibility, but they handled the return and swap quickly and easily, and even paid for the return shipping. I'm now enjoying my high-quality, slightly softer and larger pillows.

Dreadful company, no correspondence from whats app or email!
I reached out via WhatsApp, as suggested on their website, to ask a few questions about their product. It took over three weeks to get a reply, which was just a brief apology, no answers to my questions, and no follow-up since.
I then tried contacting them by email, and again, no response. To top it off, they’ve kindly added me to their mailing list, which adds insult to the whole experience, given they won’t respond to direct messages.
Based on all this, I’d seriously question the value of their 30-night trial or any other guarantees they offer, if you can’t get hold of anyone, what’s the point? I’d recommend going with a company that actually engages with customers and provides real peace of mind.

I recently purchased Talatex premium…
I recently purchased Talatex premium queen size latex pillows. I opted for soft version. I have just had a very uncomfortable nights sleep and have pain in my neck that I don’t usually suffer from. Not sure I can persevere for another night. The Premium soft latex pillow is too high and firm for me. My first experience using latex pillows so this is very disappointing. I had great hopes of finding a comfortable pillow. An expensive mistake sadly.

All Talatex pillows are thoroughly inspected and measured before shipment. While we fully respect your feedback, size-related issues are extremely rare, as our products are manufactured under strict quality control. If the item you received is not full size, we genuinely want to investigate and make this right, but we do need supporting details to do so.
2️⃣ Customer Service Response Time
We’d also like to respectfully clarify that Talatex customer support operates Monday to Friday, business hours, as stated clearly on our website.
You contacted us on May 1st (Thursday), and we responded on May 2nd (Friday) and again on May 5th (Monday) — both within normal response windows. Our team does not operate on weekends, so there has been no intentional delay or neglect.
We’re committed to helping you, and we genuinely want to reach a resolution that feels respectful and fair.
I was happy with the service
I was happy with the service, but it would have been helpful if you had described the pillow as flat on one side. I would not have bought it as I know a flat sided pillow is just a bit too low profile for me. So the pillow is lower than than I wanted.

Waste of money
I bought 4 different pillows from this company. None of them worked out. The talalay pillows are either very tall or extremely flat. It would have been perfect if there was a pillow in between the firm and medium. I would have returned them but customer service and shipping back was super disappointing.

Quality Product
It’s extremely difficult for me to find the right pillow. The most successful ones are firm neck pillows. This one I would say is a very good pillow, perhaps not exactly the right one for me because it’s a bit too firm. I didn’t want to buy the softer one because I was afraid it wouldn’t be supportive enough. With that said, the Customer Service was exceptional in that they went to work to offer the right fit for my needs. In the end, I opted to stick with the one I bought and it has turned out to work just fine for my needs. It’s firm but it doesn’t interfere with my comfort so I’ll keep it. Again, I can’t say enough about the Customer Service team, they are extremely helpful and willing to work with you to help you find the exact right pillow.
