The improper packaging caused the parcel to exceed standard shipping dimensions, leading to a significantly higher fee imposed by the courier — not by Talatex.

We want to emphasize that this charge was not intended as a penalty, nor did Talatex profit from it in any way. In fact, despite the error, we shared part of this unexpected cost with you, as a gesture of goodwill and customer care.
