Of course, I encountered a couple of minor shortcomings, but still the first one on the website says that if the deposit is in cash, it will be returned when returning the car. We were refused this; they told us to wait a week and they would send it via Western I paid the union transfer commission, we refused this option, then they asked to block the deposit on the visa card and return it in a week. To be honest, I chose this company only because I could leave a deposit in cash.The second minus is the front brake discs (if you understand a little about technology) they were a little faulty, of course it’s not very scary at low speeds you can’t feel it, but on the highway it’s a little annoying

I rented a Nissan Kicks car in January, the car was new, clean, delivery service was good, everything was on time. brought to the airport and picked up from the hotel with transfer to the airport on the way back. The deposit for the car was returned after 23 days to the debit card. I recommend!

Брали машину для передвижения в Грузии. Парень Dima любезно встретил, проводил до авто, все показал и объяснил, правда. машина была не та, которую мы бронировали, но он предоставил за ту же цену машину классом выше. Спустя неделю вернули хозяину в Кутаиси. Сломалась ручка авто, переживали, что удержат из депозита, но Дима вернул весь депозит, т.к. поломка была не по нашей вине. Это по-доброму удивило. Спасибо за хороший сервис

Авто был изменён на аналогичный, практически новый. Никаких проблем с арендой не возникло, поддержка всегда была на связи, любые вопросы решались оперативно. Все было отлично, спасибо!

Everything was perfect. Car has been almost new, good prepare to drive. One small minus, that there was not enough windshield washer fluid. Apart from that, everything was very good. It was pleasure to hire that car. Everything in time.

В последний момент поменял число и время взятие авто, преложили subaru crosstrec, не секунды не пожалел! Поездка в Батуми (старый город) с их пробками и манерой езды, subaru оказалась более удобная (размер машины) в городе. А на серпантинах в горах её 160kw и размеры только плюсы при встречном движении!!! Общение было просто супер (хотя немного опаздывали при возвращении, даже посоветовали не спешить).Приятно удивил расход топлива (7.5) средняя за поездку. Всем советую! Следующий раз — только у них!

Заказал машину bmw 420 кабрик, за 8 часов до отлета из Москвы к аэропорту в Дубай dxb. Когда прилетел машина была на месте, машина была чистая, без каких либо пальцев на кузове и пыли в салоне с полным баком бенза. Машина была практически новая 15к пробег. Сначала брал на 2 дня, в процессе решил продлить еще на 2 дня, все без проблем разрешили. В общем агентство рекомендую!

в декабре арендовали Рено клио 5 МКП.
Бронировали сильно заранее, но все договоренности остались в силе, хотя в декабре повышенный спрос.
Все прошло отлично. Машина новая, проблем с ней не было. Получили и сдали быстро и без проблем. Одно НО - получали с бензином на нуле, но заправка рядом, хорошо что работала. В остальном все на 5. Спасибо!

Второй раз берём автомобиль заграницей через Localcarhires. Первый раз в ОАЭ июнь 2023, второй раз Турция в ноябре 2023. И этот и прошлый раз по2 недели с тысячами километров за плечами. Все всегда на высшем уровне! Причём, до этого брали авто заграницей много раз через сторонние агрегаторы и есть с чем сравнить. Цены ниже конкурентов, проверено на себе. Выбор больше. Опций больше. Возможно оплачивать наличными без всяких залогов и с полной страховкой это огромный плюс!!! Поддержка всегда в любое время готова помочь. Арендаторы вежливые, приёмка и возврат авто проходит максимально быстро и без проблем. Автопарк соответствует бронированию. Второй раз убедились с высоком уровне качества компании!
