I ordered a NON-Customized print that…
I ordered a NON-Customized print that appears to be 3-D and nothing in the description led me to believe otherwise, So imagine my disappointment to discover it is just a print (which does not look 3-D in person). They like to say “No Hassle Returns” and “No questions asked”, but that is not the case. You have to send pictures of the item with the original packaging and submit a form before they will decide if they will do anything about your order. And that was the ONLY communication I have received from the company. What they are doing should be illegal because it is a total bait and switch.
Tailored Canvas: You really should include that information on the item description. You would have a whole lot less unhappy customers if you did.
Also, I sent the images requested and submitted the form requested on August 16 and have had no response from Support since the initial email response on August 16. I do keep checking my junk folder.

The artwork you ordered is a printed canvas. The depth and texture shown in the product images are part of the printed design and are intended to create a dimensional appearance. The canvas itself is not physically raised or 3D.
Regarding returns, we do ask customers to provide photos of the item and its packaging so our team can properly review the request and determine the appropriate next steps. I understand that this may feel like an additional step, and I appreciate your cooperation with the process.
