Easy to order
Easy to order, but when you place your order pay attention to the questions they ask you. Ones like do you want to upgrade the size and do you want a frame. A little confusing, but the canvas is beautiful and well packaged. I have ordered quite a few of these canvases and am sure will be ordering more.

I love my canvas selections. I thought there'd be some texture in addition to the color and designs, but the designs appear to the eye to have movement, so the flat canvas has character. Fun prints!

I ordered 2 pictures for over $200 but…
I ordered 2 pictures for over $200 but upon receiving another wall art realized it would not match. Called to cancel my order within 3 hours. They have been scamming me and lying to me for 3 days about my refund. Making up things then sending me offers as a “solution” and every time I call it’s another reason after I’ve been assured I would be refunded in 1-3 days. Now today I was told I have to fill out a cancellation survey which they never mentioned this whole time. Not getting a good vibe about getting my money refunded on an order that hasn’t even been processed.

The 1–3 business day timeframe applies once the refund has been processed, and the time it takes for the funds to appear may also depend on your original payment provider.

My 48 × 24 Soft Fog Forest Canvas portrait is EXQUISITE! It only took a week to receive and it was packaged very securely. It hangs over my living room TV and viewed every day. I bought a light to mount over the top that makes a soft glow over the canvas. It created such a peaceful and calm feeling when I first saw it advertised that I had to purchase it. I found this company to be unethical in…
I found this company to be unethical in their trying to solve their customer issues. I purchased a picture, which looked like it was 3 D on site, but was nt. I contacted them the same day to say I wanted to return it for a full refund, never took it out of the wrapping. After several emails back in forth with them saying we will send return label,they told me to send them a picture of the item with its packaging, which I did, then they said they would submit for refund, then someone other than the 1st person on the initial email, sent me an email stating they would give me 30% which I declined, then they said they give me 20% off next purchase.All I wanted was a refund, I contacted my CC company to dispute the charge, but was just informed today that Taliored Canvas said I did not cancel within 24 hours per they company policy, so I am now being recharged for that amount. I would not recommend this business to anyone. By the way at it took over 2 weeks with email to email to try to get them to refund me my $

My beautiful canvas was delivered by FedEx to the wrong address. When I realized I tried to resolve with FedEx but they would NOT help me. I had to contact the merchant. When I posted a comment on Tailored Canvases FB and instagram posts and the response was immediate. Luckily later in the day a neighbor returned my beautiful canvas.
