Really aggressive trying to collected $20 US and renew a service we don't use. They called our business directly multiples times trying to collect. Avoid this service.

We used Tagbox for our website but ultimately removed it due to the impact it was having on site performance and page speed.

Our experience after deciding to leave was disappointing. We stopped using the platform and removed it from our website, however we found the account closure process unclear and there appeared to be no straightforward way to permanently delete the account ourselves.

The most concerning part was the handling of the account after we requested closure. Instead of a simple and transparent offboarding process, we found ourselves dealing with ongoing disputes around the account and attempts to collect fees for a service we were no longer using.

If you're considering Tagbox, I would strongly recommend reviewing the cancellation, account closure and data deletion processes before signing up. We would not use the platform again.

The service has been great. Everyone from taggbox is very helpful. We haven't extensively used the product but so far it's been good. The TAT of the team is good.

You can't trust this company, Their outreach team contacts you asking for agreements and right after you do your part, they disappear and don't owner their words or agreements. so, if you are a blogger, or a site owners, don't do business with this persons

I signed up for Taggbox two years ago as our business and reviews were growing, and wanted to display them on our website. Although the widget isn't pretty, it served its purpose and was easy to set up on our home page. Then two years later and over 100 reviews connected and able to display on our site, they deleted our account and data. The widget is embarrassingly blank on our home page. I tried to log in and it asked me to start from the beginning as if I was a new user. Help chat was useless and had no idea or record of the account for two years despite us having emails of account updates and new reviews to be approved. Unbelievable.

Safe to say we will not be re-setting up our account and will be using a much more reliable and trustworthy service. DO NOT USE THEM!

UPDATE: After they promised me that all was fixed and sorted, and the widget reinstalled on the website. Only 24 hours later the wrong business's reviews were on our site. Extremely embarrassing for us to have on our website, and that we trusted them again.

I have been requesting them to cancel my subscription for over a month and no one, not even email support or chat replies to me. I went on a call with their sales team to be able to talk to someone and they still have not canceled my subscription.

Terrible service. Do not dare sign up for this app.
