We ve been scaling Fashion brands with…

We ve been scaling Fashion brands with MRR for years, and switching to Tagada was the best operational decision we made. We came from Checkout Champ and ran into constant issues. The subs system with Tagada is rock solid for our Prime format. Everything is fast, and their upsell system is the best. On top of that, we are using their processing solution. Nothing to complain about. There's nothing better on the market today. And our Account Manager Gary is amazing

Had my account set up for about 9 days

Had my account set up for about 9 days, then overnight my account was just banned. I couldn’t log in anymore. Yet they are still charging me every single week! NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE FROM ANYBODY ANYMORE. I lost access to all my subscriptions I had built and I have no way to remove my card from getting charged! This is insane

I used them for about two weeks then shut down!

I used them for about two weeks, then the closed and banned my account…kept all of my subscriptions…did not let me export them…they are simply a middle man for a payment processing account with whop & stripe!

Would highly NOT RECOMMEND THEM!! THEY WILL SHUT DOWN YOUR ACCOUNT OVERNIGHT

Shutdown my account after two weeks and…

Shutdown my account after two weeks and STOPPED ALL RESPONSES! I have texted them everyday….

POST REPLY UPDATE. I had this account for 10 days and they are saying i owe thousands of dollars in unpaid invoices, I didn’t ship any of my orders, and tried to circumvent the ban process…I only processed about $3600 in revenue and just started to pick up the last couple days AND LOST ALL OF MY SUBSCRIPTIONS!! There UI is great but getting banned out of nowhere with no context is the scary part

Hello Cornelio,

Your account was not suspended without reason. It was permanently terminated following repeated violations of our Terms of Service and after our compliance team identified multiple related accounts associated with the same activity.

Our investigation also identified a significant number of customer complaints relating to orders that were allegedly not fulfilled or products that customers reported never receiving. These reports were taken into account as part of our review process.

In addition, several invoices issued across these related accounts remain unpaid despite multiple reminders and opportunities to resolve the matter. As of today, there remains a substantial outstanding balance owed to Tagada.

Regarding your question about subscriptions and account access, permanently banned accounts lose access to the platform and its associated services in accordance with our Terms of Service.

We have retained records of all related accounts and associated activity. Any future attempts to circumvent this ban by creating additional accounts will result in immediate enforcement action.

If you wish to resolve this matter, we encourage you to contact our billing and compliance teams to address the outstanding issues.

Also, I just wanted to sincerely thank you and the Tagada team. Since the recent changes and the new processors that accepted us, we feel that many more payments are being approved.
We can now really scale properly, and we can clearly see real profitability in the business.
So honestly, thank you. Tagada has been great, and we really appreciate your support.

AMAZING PAYMENT PLATFORM

We were struggling to find a reliable payment platform, then we switched to Tagada, and their service has been amazing!! They are always available and helping us find solutions for everything. The entire process is seamless and allows for great customer experiences. Highly recommend them!

I would like to say working with Peter…

I would like to say working with Peter at Tagada was a pleasure. From start to finish he was able to help me with everything along the way even when I was lost with some of the technology stuff. I highly recommend tagada I have been love with them on my site for a few weeks and it's been easy basically just plug and play. Thanks for making it so user friendly and all the assistance along the way. Best part is. There always there when you need them in slack app. Plenty of people to help with any issues.

High Risk Merchant Experience

As a high risk merchant, we needed a solution quickly after being shut down by the major card processors. Whether you need a fulfilling provider or you use their native checkout, you won’t be disappointed. The level of support, both technical and customer focused has been unmatched. We pretty much have a dedicated team for us that handles every little request or change etc. It’s great. We also know that we will get paid reliably and safely using them and that eases over 50% of our day to day stress. Can’t thank them enough for being a part of our business and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future!

Since I started using Tagada for my ecommerce business, managing payments and orders has become much smoother and easier. I’ve noticed better conversion rates and far fewer checkout issues compared to before. It also saves me a lot of time because everything I need is centralized in one place

ecom is changing fast these days and thats exactly why I appreciate Tagada.io so much: their flexibility and ability to adapt quickly. of course, nothing is perfect, but there’s a real team behind the platform, working with us to solve problems and move forward together so overall im happy thanks tagada happy to write this good review
