We purchased a beautiful looking dice spinner from Tabletop Dominion at the UK Games Expo in Birmingham. Unfortunately, when we got home and opened it we discovered that one of the stickers was not spinning properly and sticking, making it unusable for rolling a random number.

I contacted the company via email, sending them evidence of the defect and asking that a replacement be sent out. They assured me that it would be, but 3 weeks and 6 emails later there has been no progress and a replacement has not been sent.

My wife and I are incredibly disappointed, we spent a good amount of money on this because it is a beautiful item, and now it can’t be used for its intended purpose. We have a young baby and don’t have time to keep chasing this up constantly, or to travel half way across the country to badger for Tabletop Dominion to do what they told us they would do. We are very disappointed that this has not been able to be resolved in a satisfactory way within a reasonable timeframe.

Bought a big die from them at Tabletop Scotland and I overpayed a little, they were so lovely that they chased after me and refunded the difference there and then. Awesome dice, great people!

Got some metal spikey dice from these guys and they are great, would spike my fingers with them again

Normally custom dice look good but the pictures make them look better than your eyes can see. With the dice I got from these folks I can truly say pictures didn't do them justice. They look BETTER in person. So basically flawless. Amazing price, good customer service, and fast delivery for a grade A quality product. Why get dice from anyone else?

I ordered a beautiful set of liquid core dice from their Etsy shop. Unfortunately, they had gotten lost in transit on their way from the UK to the US. Fortunately, the seller was absolutely fantastic and took immediate action to remedy the situation. My dice came in shortly afterwards and they are absolutely stunning. And you know they're good dice when your first d20 roll is a 20. ;)

Fantastic product, I really wanted a portable dice tower and this fits the bill 100%. Great quality, delivered quicker than promised. Has become an essential part of my D&D kit
