I purchased a banner for my small business, and when I opened the top part where the pole that holds the banner up was bent. I reached out to customer service, sent pictures, and was basically to bad, so sad, when we sent it, it wasn't that way, so you are stuck out, it will still work. No offer to replace it or any other resolve. they offered a 15% discount to spend more money. Why would I do that, if you've shown me you don't care why would I spend more money with you. Their customer svc, sales team suck. The retractable banner equipment is VERY thin, I DO NOT recommend them at all. These people that don't care about small business, they kept offering me meniscal discounts to spend more money with them, whom I do not trust anymore. It's ridiculous that larger business, take advantage and don't give a flip about small businesses, most small business are funding their business from their income. And to waste over $100 on something subpar, is difficult. For small business every dollar count.

I ordered a black tablecloth with my logo. They shipped me a light blue table cloth with my logo. Receipt is clear as day. BLACK.
They are refusing to remake it for free.

I placed my order for a specific date, they changed it to a month later because I used a promo code they sent. When I asked to have it expedited, they wanted to charge my $60 and a 30% restock fee if I cancelled. This company is horrible, stay away.
NO ITEM, NO REFUND! FAKE GUARANTEE!
I never received my item which ships from China. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They kept telling me the product was stuck in customs and there was nothing they could do. UPS said it had cleared customs. They kept telling me they needed an update from UPS. I talked to UPS multiple times and they clearly had it and lost it. The company kept kicking the can down the road and refusing to give me an update or offer any replacement. TERRIBLE COMPANY. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
Refused to care
I ordered two white table covers with my black logo from TableCoversNow.com and the entire experience was unacceptable.
The covers arrived in what appeared to be overseas drop ship packaging, crammed into a thin plastic mailer that was excessively and sloppily taped. There was no structure, no protection, and no sign of professional handling. It looked careless and rushed.
When I opened the package, both “white” table covers had a clear pink tint. Not subtle. Pink. Completely unusable for a professional booth setup.
I contacted customer service immediately. They asked for photos, which I provided. The pink discoloration was clearly visible. They apologized but then claimed the photos were not sufficient and demanded that I fully spread the covers out. I did exactly that and sent additional photos. The fabric was still pink.
They responded again with more conditions. Now they required that I fully set the covers up on a table outside in direct sunlight before they would consider doing anything about it.
This requirement makes no sense. My booth is never set up in direct sunlight. A table cover is either white or it is not. Lighting conditions do not turn white fabric pink.
At that point it was clear they were not trying to resolve the issue. They were creating procedural obstacles to avoid taking responsibility.
Poor packaging. Incorrect color. Repeated photo demands. Constantly shifting requirements.
This was a frustrating and unprofessional experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this company.

AMAZING, Its beautiful, I'm extremely pleased with the table cover. The staff is so wondering and very helpful and pleasant, I will definitely let everyone I know to shop here.

They modified the files I sent them to match their screen colors and it came back wildly different than everything else i’ve printed with the same exact files. One being a very similar substrate that I ordered elsewhere at the same time. The template they have you use isn’t print ready so they have to, at the very least recreate the production file.
They have absolutely refused to reprint the piece properly citing “the print matched the screen colors” which is NOT how that works. Screen colors are never going to match printed colors unless you mess with it but even then something else will likely not be right.
Last, they print these in China which I was unaware of from the jump. Not really a huge deal, China does great work generally but my guess is they don’t want to fly another package across the pond.
This has been a week long pain in the @ss, please don’t willingly subject yourself to the 3 automated emails per day every couple hours saying “we haven’t heard back from you so we’re going to close this ticket” after taking 3 days per real human response.
Lesson for any businesses out there having similar issues with first time customers, stfu and just redo the work. Losing out on the ungodly amount of advertising they spend on me even after having ordered then making sure I only order one time but not fixing a problem wether you caused it or bot is literally the stupidest thing you could do.

We decided to have a table at an expo last minute. They got our order to us before the show and our table looked great. Really happy with the wrinkle free table cover, the material was better than expected.

RUN! from this company. This company’s customer service is terrible and doesn’t take any accountability and are not solution based people. They will take your money and if anything happens, you are out of luck with this company no matter what.
If anything happens with your order- you best to submit a chargeback right away.
Will never order from this company ever again and I advise anyone to not be fooled a place an order with them. They have a return and refund policy and do not honor it! Just a bunch of robotic scam artists.
Package Never Received, No Refund
I placed an international order with this company and paid in full. The company claims the order was shipped but later stated that the carrier returned the package to them due to an “incorrect company or receiver name.” I never received the package, and no delivery attempt was made.
According to the company’s own website, in cases of delivery issues they state that redelivery attempts and/or holding the package at the carrier’s local location will be attempted before a package is returned to the sender. Neither of these actions occurred in my case.
The package was sent directly back to China without any redelivery attempt, any hold at a local carrier location, or any notice or opportunity for me to correct the issue or collect the package.
Despite the package being returned to the seller and never delivered to me, the company refused to provide a refund or a free replacement. Instead, they offered to remake the order only if I paid an additional 50% of the original cost. I ended up having to go through my bank to get refunded.
This contradicts their stated delivery policy and shifts responsibility to the customer even though the seller’s own procedures were not followed and the goods were never delivered. I believe this constitutes an unfair and potentially deceptive business practice.
Frustrated and Exhausted
I was new to ordering from TableCoversNow, and my first purchase was a table cover. I’m also new to doing vendor events, so I really needed things to match and arrive on time. The table cover arrived quickly and it was perfect—no complaints at all.
Right after receiving it (around the first or second week of October), I ordered a matching banner. The table cover color was listed as Stone or Taupe, but those exact names didn’t appear in the banner options. One of the banner colors looked like the right match, but I wasn’t completely sure. I added a note to my order asking for confirmation that the banner color matched the table cover. I also called and spoke with a representative to make sure the differently named colors were indeed the same. She assured me they matched and confirmed the banner would coordinate with the cover.
When I placed the banner order, the shipping options all showed estimated dates still in October, which meant the banner should have arrived before my November 1 event. I chose the option that showed safe dates. Despite this, the banner never showed. A week passed—still nothing. Another week—nothing. I didn’t receive it until a full month later.
Each time I called or emailed, customer service insisted I “chose the wrong shipping,” even though I selected the option with dates that should have arrived in October, not a month later. After several back-and-forth conversations, I was finally told it had shipped and was with FedEx. It then sat for another two weeks in California without moving.
When it finally arrived, the storage bag I paid extra for was torn. And when I pulled out the banner, it was white—a color I never selected or requested. I immediately called and submitted images. Customer service has been the worst part of this whole experience. Every email came from a different person, no one followed through, and every response was a new excuse instead of a solution. No one addressed the torn bag, and no one acknowledged the fact that the banner they sent doesn’t match my branding at all.
Now I have a banner I can’t use, a damaged bag I paid extra for, and no resolution from anyone at this company. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. This experience has been exhausting, and at this point, I’m planning to have my lawyer contact them.
Sloppy; not as advertised
The tablecloth that was advertised on the website was not what we received. It was supposed to be a fitted tablecloth. The tablecloth we received hung loose and looked sloppy. There was also an oil stain on the tablecloth when we received it. They would not let me return the tablecloth. Would not recommend.
Scam of a company
I made an order for a table cover for fast shipment and paid $80 solely for a quick production and shipping. The table cover was over $200. I made my order in the morning and in order for it to be shipped the same day and make it to me on time my proof how to be approved by 5 PM. I waited and waited with no response from the table covers now team. I called them around 1 PM asking for an update knowing that it needed to be done quickly. They had no news and then finally sent me a proof at 4:50 PM to be approved by 5 PM. I glanced at it, it has the correct writing and image and the correct colors written on my proof of 285C. I immediately approved, followed up with an email, and was so relieved that they came through on their promise. Or so I thought… Much to my surprise the following morning I woke up to an email from table covers now saying that their production team has started processing my table cover but in the incorrect color of 289. That is a light blue instead of royal blue. Light blue is not one of my company colors and would not make any sense for me to have a table cover made in that color. It is not the color that I approved in my proof. In that email, they said that since they started processing that if I wanted the color to be corrected to 289 I would have to pay $44 more!! For them to fix their mistake! And on top of that, it won’t get here for another five days late now. So, the rush, shipment and processing that I’ve already paid $80 for is long gone, I will not have my table cover in time for the event that I need it for, and I have to pay $45 more for them to fix their mistake? What a scam of a company. Bait and switch, do not trust them. I will have to do a charge back unfortunately and report them.

Guaranteed delivery is a scam. No notifiction that they wouldn't make my deadline. Asked for shipping tracking info and was never sent. Had to call the day of to get an update and they said they had to talk to production team. This was at 6:00PM the day it was supposed to be delivered. All they offered was half of shipping to make it right. I then told them to cancel the order and refund. Said they'd send a refund email. never sent. Emailed me at 3:00AM saying they'd refund my shipping costs. Told them to cancel again and refund. They then shipped the product even though it was still too late and I told them to cancel now twice. They still shipped the product even though I canceled. Finally they claimed they refunded tbd if I get it. Customer service all along was no help. I would definitely avoid this company. If you go in and do a deep dive on their reviews they look to ball AI written or paid for. Just use logic on this one. Avoid at all costs.
