Great product at an affordable price.

The print came out fine. The only change I would like to see is a little bit thicker paper. Not much but just a little.

It was easy process to make the order. The final product came out perfect.

Absolutely horrible experience. Still waiting for my purchase after a few weeks. They want me to pay for expedited shipping of $42 if I want it anytime soon!! Would not cancel my order after I’ve waited for over 2 weeks! Look elsewhere.

These lanyards were ordered in a pinch and couldn't arrive any later than the date given. They came the day that we were given and the quality was more than we expected.

The product looks okay considering the champagne color of the koozie I ordered does not match the color on the website - the color in person is much more brown. But the real reason for the rating is the customer service. I ordered two different koozies in two different colors with different images on one side. I uploaded the correct images, but the proofs showed the same image for both. I approved one proof, but marked the other incorrect and re-uploaded the correct file. I received an updated proof for this part of the order and it was correct, so I approved it.

The order arrived with the incorrect image from the first proof. I sent an image of the incorrect item and the correct proof requesting a corrected item. This is when the real headache started. They only respond to the tickets at 1 or 2 AM, which I understand, but as I am not awake at that time, so I would post on the ticket at 8 AM and then had to wait a full day for any response. First they asked for more images to show it effected the whole order. I sent them. Then they offered a 50% refund, I declined. The next say they said I could mail them back and once received they would send a new batch. I tried calling, but because I already had a ticket, no one would help me. I explained that the time delay in responses was causing an issue as my event date was nearing and they told me that someone would respond sooner, but that didn't happen.

So, I went back to the ticked and pushed back as the error was 100% percent on Imprint.com. I was happy to send the product back, but unable to wait for the incorrect item to be delivered to Imprint.com before the new order was shipped as the long delay in responses wouldn't allow for that timeline. The next day, they responded that this was not possible, so I ended up taking a 50% refund on a product Imprint.com messed up AND had to pay for rushed shipping on my new purchase to ensure it arrived in time.

Truly terrible. Ordered some hoodies and several of them had crooked and/or off-center printing. They wouldn't let me return all of the bad ones, so now I'm stuck with hoodies I can't sell. they re-printed the 2 they let me return, and one of those was messed up too. Stay away!

quick shipping, quick response with proof, good quality product

We were never sent a proof to approve prior to the printing/shipping.

I think the letters are too small and the "R" in Retirement looks like a "B" - I would have flagged this if I was sent a proof to approve.

The koozy quality is ever good. The staff was helpful pointing out the initial image resolution was too poor and recommended increasing it. Delivery time was only a few days after the image was revised

Response to questions were prompt. Shirts came out as expected

Came in clutch while dealing with time constraints. Not having time to get proofs, when they arrived I was very pleased, they came out perfect.

They omitted part of the art work on the shirt, the artist signature did not get printed. They refused to reprint the shirt (well they said itd take em 3 wks). Its to bad we couldn't resolve the issue appropriately, i needed to order 400 of these shirts and the first order was a test. The people who respond to tickets and the phones, well their customer service is garbage

I’ve received my order but not my refund for getting it late when I paid to have it rushed for an event. I’m still waiting to receive my refund and it has been 2 1/2 weeks now.
