Fortunately a reviewer for my application was speedy, however, the application process is full of glitches which necessitated a chat and a reviewer which was a huge effort and I nearly gave up. At first the automatic examination of my bank account wouldn’t work so I had to enter the online chat and then upload copies of my bank statement, then a reviewer needed me to highlight relevant income lines on my PDF statements which took a lot of effort. It would have been far better if the bank check online had worked. The speed of the reviewer made a huge positive difference but the whole process took way too long.

Henry did a great job. He was very prompt in getting back to me on my credit application. I was impressed by his customer service.

Messaged them weeks ago asking how to change payment details with no reply. There is no information on how to do this on their FAQs and no options on their app. I spoke to my dentist and they said they can’t help.

Terrible don’t use these people ever!

Ease of application, fast response, very pleased with process.

A £760 loan over 12 months (£63 per month) was declined, as they assessed that I might struggle to afford the monthly repayments.

This seems unusual, as I have an excellent credit score and no difficulty being approved for loans with other lenders.

Worst customer service ever been sending numerous emails since 2024 they reply once but that's all and I have to keep chasing and still no reply.

I have even put a complaint in October 2025 it's December now and now response. Not sure what to do and how to go about speaking to someone about this company.

To top it off they took payment from an account I didn't authorise and haven't even responded to me about that or given that account holder there money back.

Eugenia was helpful in quickly processing my application for dental treatment loan on the eve of Christmas eve. The loan is confirmed by an upfront payment commensurate with the scheduled monthly instalments. It is also nice that the duration of the repayment can be selected upon issuing the application (6 or 10 or 12 months). This will make the overall dental treatment more affordable on a monthly basis.
