I do not recommend Tabeo. I do not recommend Tabeo under any circumstances as a finance provider. I also do not recommend Banning Dental Group.
When I took out the finance through Tabeo and accepted the dental treatment plan from Banning Dental Group, I was told the treatment should be completed in around 3–6 months, with 6 months being the maximum. The plan included the upper work with 12 teeth and further lower work, including 4 crowns.
After approximately 20 months, the treatment is still unfinished. I still cannot eat normally, I cannot speak properly, and I am still left with temporary plastic teeth instead of the final result I paid for.
I raised a formal complaint and a Section 75 claim under the Consumer Credit Act 1974, also relying on my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including Section 49 regarding reasonable care and skill and Section 52 regarding completion within a reasonable time.
In my experience, Tabeo did not treat the situation seriously enough and did not provide a real solution. Instead of properly considering the very long delay, the unfinished treatment, and the serious impact on my daily life, Tabeo appeared to rely mainly on the response from Banning Dental Group, who effectively said the treatment was still ongoing after around 20 months.
For me, this is completely unacceptable. This is not a small delay. I accepted finance and a treatment plan on the basis that the work would be completed in a reasonable time, with 6 months being the maximum I was told. Nearly 20 months later, I am still left without the final result.
I do not recommend Tabeo. I do not recommend Banning Dental Group. I would not recommend using Tabeo to finance treatment with Banning Dental Group. I felt ignored, unsupported, and left alone with a serious problem.
Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend either company.

Tabeo took money from my account 3 years after my loan was completed in full! Two months later I am still trying to get my money back. No numbers to speak to anyone just emails which people don’t respond to. Don’t use this company!!

I got an implant..Amazing that I was able to Direct Debit my cost of the tooth.
I finished paying for my tooth in October. I received a message that my payment has been complete.
Not only had a received a message from them. I received a human message from Domonique that my account was closed..... 6 months later, they decided to use my debit card, from my bank (not my cancelled direct debit) to take £300.... not sure why.. I complained to my bank... to Tabeo and to my dentist.. they decided to put their sticky fingers into my bank account ... after my DD had been canceled to take £300.... how desperate are they..
I have put in a fraud case, and a complaint to them... they have not replied..

Continued to take direct debit payments out my account after my loan was settled in full. Make sure you cancel your direct debits after your loan is repaid. If this happens to you contact your bank for an immediate refund under the direct debit guarantee. Unprofessional.

They have been taken money from my account for a product that has not been received and now not responding to me.
