Great product. Just a bit pricey for me even with the discount but if I had the money I would definitely buy the vocal align Project 5.

My 3 star review is not for the product itself but my overall experience from a third party reseller (guitar center). They sent my download link to my old email that I no longer have access to. They have not been easy to communicate with to send to my personal current email. I have not downloaded the vocalign 5 plug in just yet since I am still waiting on response.

Great tool! Bit expensive but worth it in the end as it saves you loads of editing time.

Synchro Arts gave me THE BEST custumer service that I've ever had in my entire life.

I had issues using my Vocal Aligner on my newer version of Pro Tools and when I was almost giving up, they insisted to help and get me up and running.

Renato was in a mission to make the product work regardless of what time and day of the week.
After a few emails exchange, he got on a Zoom call with me and got it to work in minutes.

First of all, if you sing, or record anything with vocals, you need this plug In. Its very inexpensive and it saves you a lot of time, not even mention how amazing the results are.
The experience i had I wish to everyone. But honesty you shouldn't have any issues with this Plug in. My situation was unique cause i bought the license about 15 years ago. And they never forced me to upgrade.

Now i'm checking out their new product and it looks amazing too. Definitely recomend. And will finaly upgrade my license.

Vocalgn pro 4 is a great tool to tighten the vocal performances in my daw. I needed some assistant to install my software and I got fast and good response from the company. They solved my problem. Thanks

Superb support! I have been using Vocalign Project for sometime with no issues but recently had a problem using it with the latest version of Cubase Pro (12.0.30). Initially support were unable to solve my issue but they kept in regular contact and eventually solved my problem. Very impressed, a great product and great customer service. A big thank you to Renato.

I had been waiting on the release of the new Ilok software and upon its release I experienced a few issues with the authentication of vocalign ultra. I had reached out to customer service and was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and a quick solution. They were able to provide me with a new download of their software that they were working on that was compatible with the Apple M1 Monterey architecture. Install was easy and fast and as soon as I booted up my DAW’s I was good to go and working like I had never stopped before. I am not sure how much detail I Can provide about the beta release that they provided me but it’s safe to say that the software stable and works better than the original. Kudos to my customer service Representative Renato. Give that man a raise.
