I purchased vocalign twice and still haven’t got my access code. I’m currently -$200 trying to work with the support team and am currently forced to use the free trial with less than 7 days remaining. I reached out to my financial institution and they will refund me in 3 more days but I really hope you guys do respond to me. I think it’s great software and I don’t mind paying for it when you upgrade there is just a huge lack of customer support.

it doesn't work and I can't get help

Great plugins. The download process was a bit tricky to find the relevant links. It is compatible with FL Studio but the workflow is so slow. I used to use a standalone version which worked much faster but it doesn't have any of the new features. The pitching algorithm still has a long way to go but good if you're in a rush. The plugin is quite pricey but I hope it goes towards improving the products compatibility between DAWS

I’m really amazed at the functionality— surprised pleasantly at revoice! Still learning how to use it, but your videos are a pleasure to watch. VocAlign is an essential tool. Glad I caught this excellent deal.

Easy to use and works well

I have sent 3 request for support over the last 2.5 days. I have had absolutely no response. It’s that bad that I checked to see if they were still in business. It appears they are, although they are now owned by Landr. In desperation, I have contacted Landr directly to see if they can help. I own revoice 4 and downloaded revoice 5 trial to try it out. It’s not working correctly. If I do get rev 5 working and it blows me away, I’m not sure I would buy it now with such poor customer service.
Melodyne are a level above. Very, very disappointing.

I just purchased Revoice Pro 4 and was having problems integrating it into Logic Pro. I contacted customer support at Synchro Arts and Renato made special effort to accommodate my issues given our time zone differences, company is in London UK and I'm in Bay Area California. We did a zoom meeting and Renato walked me through the process and helped me set up my upgrade to Revoice Pro 5. He was patient, friendly and let me take as much time as I needed to understand all my concerns. I have to be honest without Renato's help I would have never been able to figure it all out. This is what customer support is all about. I will continue to buy from this company not just because they have a great product but for the support they have shown. To me that's everything! Thanks again Renato!
