Paid for an upgrade and now it does not work. Emailed support over a month ago. No response. even after many attempts. DM them in Instagram. no response. WOW.

Provided an incorrect code for vocalign and haven’t provided a working one and it’s now 5 weeks since purchase. I would personally avoid at all costs
Criminally terrible
I trialed ReVoice, VocAlign, and RePitch and liked them enough to purchase, especially excited by the ARA release with latest Pro Tools. Terrible choice. Crashes constantly. Adding the plugins has corrupted several of my sessions, which won't reopen (they hang trying to initialize tracks with the Synchro Arts plugins) unless I deactivate and then delete the plugins (losing all my work). I've contact support multiple times, and it's been weeks with zero replies. I'm trying to get a refund. Buyer beware.

I have never experienced such terrible customer service from a company who creates products for music professionals. I have been waiting DAYS for a response to an issue, and from the looks of it, I'm not the only one. Spend your money elsewhere.
Synchro Arts are a Terrible Company under Landr
With Landr’s acquisition of Syncho Arts, it’s clear that customers are not the priority, money is.
The latest Revoice “Pro” update was rolled out to loyal customers with an outrageous update price of 50% off the new price, for what by any standard existing should have been a free bug fix version for Ultra owners.
To make matters worse, many customers who complained on Synchro Arts social media accounts were privately messaged with a 75% discount link, while all the other loyal suckers, I mean “customers” like myself were not extended the same “secret” discount. Not only is this underhanded, shady and repugnant, it clearly shows where this company’s priorities lie.
To compound this fiasco, Synchro Arts have been deleting YouTube and other social media public comments exposing this practice, and they have stopped responding to support tickets from customers altogether, or if they finally respond, it’s with a boilerplate reply.
I’ve had my comment hidden on their YouTube, and have a support ticket from several weeks ago that was ignored.
Landr has already caused irreparable damage to Syncho Arts reputation, and the next competitor that offers a product that is similar will spell the end of Synchro Arts and Revoice Software. Let’s hope that day comes soon.
Synchroarts - Worst Support EVER!!!
I have VocAlign that licenses with an iLok account and it has and continues to work flawlessly.
I recently purchased Repitch and there, Synchroarts changed over to their own licensing server (no longer using iLok) As a result I get continuous "Offline" errors basically rendering the plugin useless and unusable.
What is even more useless is their support......, there is no support!!! I cannot get anyone to respond let alone address my problem which is now going on 10 days. BEWARE!!!

Installation and authorization was fairly straightforward. The product works pretty well most of the time. I like the interface.

I've been trying to contact Synchroarts for 2 months. There has been no answer to my issues with Revoice Pro. So, several hundred dollars of software sits on my PC unused.
