Calendar synchronisation calendar synchronisation
I was having problems with the calendar and sending emails to the helpdesk. After a number of attempts to cure the problem, they suggested that I should allow the helpdesk to take control of my screen during USA working hours (I am in England). This was done today and within five minutes Daniel cured the problem. Thank you very much.

Sync2Cloud support is amazing
Had an issue with Sync2Cloud not running. Online support was excellent! Response was quick and the support agent was able to correct the installation in just a few minutes. Very impressed, best support call ever.

A money grabbing company
A money grabbing company, I purchased sync2 cloud with a lifetime licence in 2023, I had major problems with my computer and had to reinstall all in 2025, I had genuinely forgotten I had this purchase and purchased another lifetime licence, much more expensive than previous, and activated it under the same account so nobody else would have been able to use and when I realised my mistake and found original, 2023, activation code I contacted them and asked for a refund on my recent purchase and they came back and said because the code had been activated they could not refund my money. This is rubbish as both codes can only be used on the SAME account. Hence a money grabbing company.

Thank you for reporting. For any license reactivation please contact our chat support during our working hours Monday-Friday and we will solve it in no time. Your old 2023 license is valid for any free support for 1 year. Lifetime license you purchased later can be reactivated and includes support. You need to have multiple licenses to activate multiple PCs/user accounts.

Sync2Cloud great solution for synching Outlook/Google Calendars & Contacts!
Sync2Cloud is a great product with great support. Perfect solution if you want to use both Microsoft Outlook (old-style PC-installed version in my case) and Google for calendar and contacts that won't synch natively between those 2 platforms. On the few occasions where I've needed support, their chat process is immediate and expertly staffed.
