Bonjour j’ai commandé un pull sur votre site officiel à 165€ mais à l’arrivée le pull est trop grand au niveau de bras je souhaite retourner l’article et être remboursé s’il vous plais

Bought a shirt that already had a makeup stain on the inside of the neckline, customer service didn’t seem too interested apart from the automated emails.

Was offered a partial refund that didn’t include the postage and packaging.

Disappointed and probably won’t shop again

Thank you so much! Ordered the wrong zipper for my son and sent an email they cancelled it for me no problem! I was able to order the correct zipper and one happy boy!!! Zipper came within a week too. In my panic i forgot i was on to order a lotto t shirt lol but hopefully i'll get one in the next drop.....!

I ordered a coat on November 30th from the official store, I had returned this as it was horrible and far too big. The parcel was then returned using the code they force you to use via Royal Mail- this meant I get a receipt but for 200g return ( the jacket is much heavier than that) I didn’t think anything of it at the time until trying to contact the company, I had waited and waited and get contacted back to be told they can’t help due to the weight discrepancy. This is clearly a trick they use to not pay anyone a refund by ensuring you use their code and then in a situation like mine I had pictures of the parcel before returning clearly showing the jacket and now I am £175 down to a company I had used many times prior and will never use again due to the scams they use to keep every penny they can. In short I am outraged and the company will not be going for too long as you can see the state of how they run things by reading some of the reviews on here

Honestly bought from corteiz a few times now never been disappointed. Faster shipping than local brands and quality is always just perfect. Got the fitted cap this time i swear its better than all my caps.

2 months for delivery, delivered the wrong tracksuits and the quality is infact WORSE than Shein. You guys are down bad. Jacket doesn’t even do up as the zip is broke.
Not even bothering to contact them as it will be a waste of time anyway by the looks of things. Imagine so confidently selling clothes this bad…

The quality of the garments is not justified for the price, clint is also a prick.

After 2 months of chasing for the History in the Making Tee, they finally managed to dispatch and get it delivered. Good quality however, I would be careful when they do another collab that could potentially cause another site crash and their lack of ability to act on fulfilling many orders. But fair play to them.

My package seems to be lost , I’ve been trying to contact customer service for almost three weeks now with no reply at all

I bought several items for my son for Christmas, and most were okay but the cargo pants are way too long. I contacted Corteiz to enquire how to return to exchange, get a refund or even a credit note but after several attempts, they still have not even had the courtesy to reply. Shocking customer service, I certainly will not be purchasing from them again. Be WARNED only purchase clothes if you are confident item/s will fit as you are stuck with goods.

Kinda fu***** up that he went from 2 stars to almost 5 stars on here because he posted asking customers to flood this with positive reviews.. notice how most good reviews are flooding from about a month ago 🤣

One thing to note , I’ve been a long time supporter of this brand , I’ve spent thousands on Corteiz . I genuinely fw the brand and the designs heavily.. with that said , I placed an over 1600$ after fees , it never arrived and the customer service team won’t reply to my emails trying to resolve it. I think the level of unprofessionalism is honestly disgusting and it’s turned me off from ordering anything from them again.. I skipped out on going big on the denim tears collab because my order still didn’t arrive.

I’ll still rock the clothes from them bc i genuinely really fw them , but it’s unacceptable to lose a massive order and offer no type of resolution or even a real response :( lowkey just grimy to take my money and basically make me take the piss 🤷‍♂️

These guys are so horrible, i remember paying somewhere upwards of £180 for two or three different items, the items came late and then I emailed and received 1 correct item and the rest all wrong. A piece of crap pink jumper instead of the polo that I ordered and whatever else. I wrote them emails and also wrote on their instagram and received no response. Ever since then I have just thought these guys are cowboys and just happy making the small margin the prob make becausebtheir customer service and response is trash. And yes! I get that their small margin maybe a million etc but compared to what they could be and have such trash reputation there is no coming back from.

I bought a shirt like 2 years ago great quality colour hasn't faded great material not no polyester shit i also ordered a camo bomber jacket exceptional quality the denim immaculate very comfortable also came within in like 3 business days very trustworthy company

Corteiz is a great streetwear brand the clothes quality is very good and they always ship their items on time. They have never disappointed I have ordered many items such as the honey blacks, island denim jeans, and even the cargos and they haven’t once delivered the items late.

Ordered something that was meant to be rare and only then to see up for sale later. They said only 419 of that tees were made which is dissappoinnting.

Corteiz is my favourite brand and everything that surrounds them is truly amazing. It's really inspiring to see how humble kids from humble kids success and be that big.
