My order arrived in the last 3 days I ordered 3 items in plus size and when I received them they were very cheaply made, and my size 4 daughter could not even get into any of them. I have asked to return and refund I will keep you posted.

Possibly the worst item I have ever brought online, would not even clean my toilet with it. Was supposed to be navy chiffon dress with built in bra and sequin embellishments but was delivered in purple not an ounce of chiffon, no built in bra and the cheapest polyester material known to mankind. And despite the return policy of 100% guarantee good luck with that. Might as well flush the money instead down the toilet. Would be better than ordering from here

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I ordered three outfits first one arrived. It’s like size small for 1x the material is rags and nothing like the outfit I ordered. It’s so sad that these companies can continue to rip people off their hard earned money! I just wish there was a upload you could show pictures of what actually arrives. All I can say is please don’t fall for this scam order for companies you know are legit!!!!!

I ordered and paid for 2 items for myself and my sister who turns 60 in April and I was also taking her to dinner then Shen Yun. What I received was nothing like the outfits on their site, shoddy workmanship, 2xl and xl was more like a child size, see through, ordered purple got green, demanded a refund they offered 10% and keep the items which I will be throwing in the rubbish bin

Totally a scam - stay away !!! Ordered a purple jumpsuit, jacket, trousers and bejewelled top for son's wedding. Recieved a blue see through child size flimsy jacket and trousers not fit for a brothel !!!!!!!!!!!!
Tried to email for a refund, as per their return policy - surprise, surprise the email address is also a fraud and the mail will not send !

Total scam. Was sad to receive a poor quality dress and poor imitation of the picture. I have nothing to wear for the wedding of my son. Sad sad sad.

The item I ordered and what I received was totally different. The item is cheap and raggedy and the material is poor and the looks nothing like what I ordered. I requested a refund and have yet to hear back. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM

Don't buy I ordered a dress looks nothing like the picture. Very poorly made things material stitching wrong and see threw. Save your money go somewhere else

I bought 2 sets of chiffon outfits from Symesae Online Store on (13-12-2022).
1) A-Line square neckline, Knee-length Chiffon lace Mother of the bride dress.

2) Round neck solid color vest, long sleeve top, trouser Three-piece suit.

It has been 50 days that I had patiently wait for shipping delay.
However, out of the 2 sets of my order, I received only 1 set of outfit on (2-2-2023), which is item No. 2 (Round neck solid color vest, long sleeve top, trouser Three-piece suit).
It has two-piece, Top and Trouser only that I received. There is No Vest at all.
It didn't really turn out like the picture they advertised on Facebook.
The stitching is very poor.
Trouser is too small (wrong size for me).
How can I wear a small size trouser that is made of thin chiffon and has no lining?
And how can I wear a top without vest?
I am not at all satisfied that they sent me a suit like that and it was not worth the price I paid.
If Symesae want to be stable in the long term, you should not do this kind of action that does not match your words and work.
There is still 1 outfit (item No. 1) left to send.
I don’t think, I can get that one.
Symesae is cheating. I will not buy anything from them.

This Company is a fraud. Ordered trouser suit. What arrived wasn’t even remotely like what I ordered. It was an absolute rag, design, materials and workmanship really really bad. I contacted them for a refund, and they offered 10% and they would ‘allow’ me keep the product. For a full refund I would need to return the product to China, paying shipping costs myself. I checked the return address and phone number and both were fake, so if I did return I would have paod additional shipping costs and they would ‘claim” they never received it back so no refund. Will pursue through my bank.

The website is a scam!!! please don't buy in this site. They send product that doesn't match the picture, terrible quality.

No compréis en esta página ,porque yo pedí un traje que nunca llegó y encima no me han devuelto el dinero llevo medio año reclamando y me dan largas con mentiras y engaños osea que no compréis sino queréis que os estafen

They dont even deserve 1 star, do not buy, they will send you plastic garbage bag dress, professional scammers, hope they dont steal our cc info, DO NOT BUY

Do not even consider placing an order! You will not receive anything that looks even remotely like the photos on the website! I have never had such a poor experience. I was also charged $30 more than the price on the website. When contacting this poor excuse for a company they offered a 10% refund. Absolutely disgraceful. I wish I could share photos.

Ordered women's dress worth CAD 75 but the worth of the item that arrived is only more or less CAD 10. Not worth even of 1 ✨️. Don't be misled by the fancy pictures posted kn their website. It IS EVEN WORSE THAN HORRIBLE.
