Jeg har bestilt 4 sæt/enheder først i marts med ekspres levering (6-10 dage) og oven i tilføjet drikkepenge.
Efter 20 dage fik jeg det første sæt, en kjole som på ingen måde kunne kendes fra fotoet.
Ikke det samme stof, ingen fjer el. Sten, ikke samme pasform/snit og meget dårligt syet med huller i sømmen.
Jeg har nu modtaget det 2. sæt, hvilke vil sige 2 ud af 3 dele i sættet og det er en joke.
Har skrevet til dem og bedt dem om at sende mig mine penge retur og naturligvis standse leveringen af de to sidste stykker tøj. Men det bliver ved skriveriet og ingen penge

I could not leave a zero stars for this company as there is no option for this! I ordered 4 dresses almost 2 months ago and have not received any of them. One was supposedly sent, but never delivered. When I inquired through an email, I was given the run around. I was told to check with the US Postal Service. The Postal Service told me the tracking number was invalid! Symesae told me they could not do anything about it because I they could not control the Postal Service! I am frustrated and Symesae has $146 dollars of mine!! Do NOT buy from them. They refuse to refund my money!

I ordered pant suit in light purple (grape) color. The item that arrived was in fuschia. It was not as described nor as pictured on their website. Material and workmanship were inferior. The ladies suit looks like pajamas, instead of formal wear as advertised.

I gave filed request for refund, and s local address to return (free shipping)!!

Absolutely a scam. Ordered two formal dresses March 19 2023. Received the order confirmation. It stated it will ship in 5 business days or less. After day 6, I emailed asked where package was. March 29, 2023 they sent me a tracking number. On April 16, 2023 I received the smallest package that could fit inside my palm. Like a deck of cards size. Open the package and it’s a completely see through piece of fabric barely in the shape of anything. Totally NOT what I paid for or ordered. Such crap.

I read the reviews because I bought from another company from China and the same thing happened. That's why I started researching where the items come from ... I got what I bought before but sizes where all wrong and terrible quality. I was told exactly what other people are experiencing now and it was more expensive to send them back to China and no refunds. I gave the 3 dresses I ordered to Good Will. The items look beautiful on the website... what a scam...

Please do not order from this website. I ordered a blue jumpsuit for my sons wedding in 2 different sizes. It looked beautiful in the picture but what I received was disgusting. Firstly they are pink and a 2 piece. The material is so thin and the stitching is all puckered. I've asked for a full refund but they won't give me one and won't give me the address to send them back either. This website a SCAM.

This company is a total scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!
I ordered 3 dress and paid for it. Received 2. Not at all like the ad. I would not even wear these dresses at home let alone in public! I have photos of the dresses. It is such a scam. Please ladies do not waste your money.

I ordered 3 dresses. Till now received only 1, which is not at all like the bride dress I ordered. They want me to return it on my expense to China, which costs as must as the ugly wrong dress I received. No collaboration at all. Don't order here !!

A REVIEW IS SO PEOPLE DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I MADE IN PURCHASING ITEMS AND LOSSING MONEY NOT FOR A COMPANY TO REMOVE IT IF THEY DONT LIKE WHAT THE CUSTOMER SAYS AS TO THEY EXPERIENCE .

I ordered a black & white suit. It took over 3 weeks to arrive (the other 2 items on the order have still not arrived 5 weeks later). The quality was very poor and the top and the bottom didn't match, totally different colours.

I have found that its a waste of time to send anything back to China because it will cost me a lot more money. Very disappointed. I advise everyone to avoid buying from this site.

Not happy with my order. I want to return. Hoping to get return address. Instead of a 3 piece outfit, the shirt / blouse top was not in package. My order : ANNE TO1677. Picture beautiful. Outfit disgraceful. Want my money back.f

Those people who haven't got their dresses should count themselves lucky!! I got mine absolute scam! A long dress with cape and sequins arrived to just below knee level and i'm only 5' 2" -not a sequin in site -just printed dots on the cheapest bit of nylon material totally see through - in bin already!

I am so sorry I did not read reviews first. I ordered a dress January 18, 2023 and still have not received my order. I email the site almost daily and always receive a standard message saying be patient. I know now that I have been scammed and regret not following my mind with reading reviews first. Please do not let this happen to you. They billed my credit card as soon as I submitted the order and now I’m out of money and dress. Do Not Order From This Site/Company. It’s a scam!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SUPPLIER!!!! What you receive is NOTHING like what is shown on the website and they refuse to refund. Payment shown is USD but it's from China, avoid at all costs! 🤬 I have reported them to my bank who are investigating.

Cuando me llego era un trapo con un dibujo, les escribí para devolverlo y todavía estoy esperando a que me lo devuelvan. Fue el año pasado en julio. Ni se os ocurra comprarles nada.

Después de 1 mes de esperar por fin llegó el paquete y oh! sorpresa!!! Para nada era lo que yo había pedido, parece broma burlesca, lastima que no puedo mandar fotos de lo que yo pedí y lo que me mandaron, me comunique y me dijeron que solicitara el reembolso, por supuesto que no me contestan, así que por favor no caigan en esa trampa.
