My sister told me she'd ordered a 'cosy cardigan' for my Christmas present. What arrived was a large hoody which had a screen print of the exact cosy cardigan which she'd selected from their website. It said it was reduced from £70 to £39.99. Whichever she'd paid it was outrageous! I felt so bad for her. She was robbed!!

Appalling. This company preys on people looking for a bargain. What was shipped from China was an absolute joke. And a ridiculous refund policy. DO NOT BUY FROM SYLVERTON

Dress nothing like the picture. Really awful material ! So dissappointed after a long wait ! Dont think anyone would wear it. Material so thin.

My original order was not suitable as the sizingvwas not correct. I requested a refund but was advised the options that were available to me and the cist of returning the item as high. I was advised to keep the item and order an alternative item for the amount i paid minus the £7,50 delivery charge. I selected an item and had to pay a further delivery charge of £7.50 to receive it. I ordered a pink patterned jacket on this occasion bit received a white one. The jacket is awful and i will never wear it but returning it is not worth it. The Customer Service emails are very good but the returns/orders process is not.

This website is a scam.
They send a product that is nothing like what was advertised and then offer you 10 or 20% refund while saying that if you want a full refund, you will have to send the item back to China and it will cost you over £25!!!

Avoid this website at all costs- IT IS A SCAM!
They have no intention of selling you the items advertised on their website. They just want to offload poor quality items whilst keeping your money.

Well- you certainly aren't going to want a store credit. And 10% of what you paid is ridiculous - and then the return policy and everything else is appalling

Please avoid.
They should not be allowed to operate.

Ordered a winter coat, it was like a hoodie! Asked to return and have a refund in full, only options available was a partial 20% refund, store credit (I will not get anything off this site again) or shipping label that'll cost me £25 to return! What a load of rubbish. Do not buy from this company, load of scammers

Terrible!!! Do not shop with this company EVER!!! Wish I'd read reviews first. Firstly the images shown look like pretty nice stuff but when it arrives it's a totally different colour and made from plastic and very cheap material. Nowhere does it list the materials it's made from. Then they say 30 day returns but don't tell you it will cost you £25 to return plus customs charge, this is when you find out it came from china not the Netherlands as they lead you to believe. If I'd known it was coming from China I wouldn't have bought anything in the first place. Temu quality at premium prices.
They did offer me a replacement or a 10% refund I went with a replacement stupidly and when it arrived it was even worse than the original product!!! I contacted again and they said because it was a replacement they wouldn't do anything further to help me. So I got conned not once but twice. They are praying on trusting customers and hiding behind a well polished store front to openly steal from people. Steer well clear. If I could give zero stars I would.

Product is nothing like one advertised, They robbing people, pretending that is not their fault, than "to make you happy" they will offer you 10% refund, 20% refund, even 30% for WHAT???
Someone should legally stop this sort of businessess!!!

Take heed of the reviews and refrain from buying anything. If it's the hoodie that you are contemplating, save yourself a lot of money by visiting your local charity shop. There are quite a few brand new ones of these appearing, obviously donated by disappointed people that have fallen for the Sylverton trap, advertised at £1.99, I don't think they will sell even at that price. One star is too good.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They are liars. The item they are sending with a delivery time of 2 months, looks NOTHING LIKE THE ONE THEY ADVERTISE. They also want to charge £25+ if you want to return! AVOID!!!!!!

Terrible company. Quality of products absolutely ridiculous I wouldn’t use their clothes to clean my bathroom. Refund process doesn’t exist if you want refund you have to pay for shipping the products more than they cost. Do not buy from them! Scam

Absolute garbage. Looks nothing like what I received. Order a nice wool jumper but as someone else stated I got a cheap nylon top. There's no mention it comes from China which would be my first concern. Then it'll cost me £25 quid to return the item for a refund. Absolute joke

This company should be removed from online shopping. The quality of clothing is extremely poor, and description bares no resemblance to actual goods delivered. A SCAM company.

Anyone who uses this Silverton site really needs to think again it is absolutely disgusting. The quality is appalling. It’s not at all what was advertised you order items thinking it will come from one place and all of it comes from China then when you send a return back which is absolutely impossible basically you get charged a fortune and you also have to wait at customs the other end. I have now been waiting over five weeks and it’s sat in customs no one‘s doing anything this site should be absolutely taken down. I have contacted the UKICC. Still waiting!!!!

Paid for an item delivery was 2 weeks it is now more than a month and nothing no emails and they don’t reply to my emails the site is toxic don’t order anything from this platform you will loose your money

As per other reviews, horrible quality item received not remotely like the item pictured. Returns policy is not in line with EU law, so I raised a dispute with my bank for a chargeback which was approved very quickly (even without having paid on a credit card). I suggest others do the same otherwise they will just continue with this scam.

I’ve emailed with no response and everytime I go into the link it has ALL disappeared!!
My tracking number doesn’t work either
There is absolutely no way of getting in contact with this company
It’s like they have vanished

Seeing as though I haven’t even got a sniff of my delivery .. PLEASE REFUND ME!! 🤬

My daughter has unfortunately had an experience that mirrors those reported by many others. We received the same templated replies regarding returns and refunds which led nowhere. As a result, we have been forced to contact our bank to dispute the transaction.

I am urging everyone affected to take action. To prevent further scams, I have reported this company to the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) via their scam reporting online form.

Also I forwarded the company's emails which included their communication about returns and refunds to : report phishing.gov.uk

If we all come together to submit reports, we can increase the likelihood of the NCSC intervening and taking this website down. Let’s unite in this effort to protect others from being scammed.

Waited over three weeks for what was advertised as a Winter dress. It was at sale price and should have been almost60 pounds. This dress was not worth 60p. Extremely poor quality, more like an overall in nylon with printed pattern . Impossible to use as Winter clothing and so poorly made with seam edges unfinished and nothing like the picture shown to advertise.
