Worthless company!
Taken £192 and not sent me my order which is my sons Christmas present now there ignoring me and my order that was being tracked has now disappeared!

This is a fake site 😤
They take your money and say it has been dispatched with a company called Fenway haulage
They in turn tell you it has left via Copenhagen Norway Edinbrough Glasgow Newcastle middlesbrough Leeds then when it's to be delivered they wipe the tracking info off
Keep well away from them

SCAM, BE AWARE.
I bought a CANON camera at SYAPD.COM during Black Friday deals. Right after payment I received an email from FENMAY.COM telling me they will deliver my purchase.
No further news from any of them after trying to contact them through customer service online and by phone.
I'll ask my VISA company to reimburse me the money if able. Finger crossed.

Yep I got scammed as well. Very convincing website and associated tracking site. Needless to say the goods I thought I was buying never arrived, eventually the tracking reference was not recognised on the bogus tracking website. It’s an extremely elaborate and convincing website but it is a scam so please avoid!

Ordered 4 weeks ago, no delivery, tracking was available initially but then stopped.
No reply from either tracking through Femmay or Syapd who took my order on a website, that is still available to order from!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAM.

Ordered a camera on 10th November. ‘FENMAY LOGISTICS’ apparently has my order and it was being sent here, there and everywhere. Now when I try and track the item the data is ‘no longer available’
Would give 0 stars if possible.
Shameful company.

Wish I had read these reviews before hitting the pay button. Total scam, exactly the same story as the other reviews here. Clearly a criminal enterprise so doubtful anything will happen. Luckily I paid by Mastercard so should get money back. I will report these to as many institutions as I can

This is an elaborate scam website. It looks legitimate but doesn't ship any goods. To draw out the scam, fake shipping information is supplied via fenmay.com, another scam website.
No response from Syapd. No response from Fenmay. I've disputed the charge with my card company and reported the site via Google's 'Report Phishing Page'.

Following my initial feedback I urge everyone who
has been cheated by this disgusting thieving company to report them to the relevant authorites. They have so far been reported to:
Google (I put what I was looking to buy in the search bar and google brought up Syapd)
FCA.org.uk
NCSC.gov.uk
Action Fraud (on-line Police)
Federal Trade Commision - ftc.gov
Insolvency Service (this is linked to Companies House)
The more people who report them to the above organisations will hopefully bring them crashing down hard.
It is absolutely unforgivable to scam people out of their hard earned money but especially at Christmas, you have to be proper sick in the head.

Exactly the same experience as other SYAPD customers.
Able to track order to UK but then tracking reference fails to work. SYAPD and Fenmay do not respond to emails. It's 18 days since I purchased the goods. Clearly a scam I'm afraid.

I spent almost £1000.00 there, NOTHING DOING. The tracking number no longer exsists.
They ignore my emails. THEIVES, This must stop so no people fall for their trap.

I HAVE REPORTED THIS TO MY BANK AND I WANT LEGAL ACTION TAKEN FOR FRAUD HO ANYWAY ELSE EXCEPT TO THEM THEY ARE BASED APPARENTLY IN THE UK

Ordered a dyson hoover over 3 weeks ago and still not arrived. Delivery with Fenson tracked to Scotland now tracking dont exist. KEEP WELL CLEAR

This company si a fraud. They scam people.

Purchased a tv from SYAPD on 11th November 2024. Website all looked genuine, once purchased and email from Fenmay Logistics with a tracking number. I was able to see where my purchase was travelling from one country eventually the UK then travelling to city to city. Tracking number then ceased to exist. It was then I realised it was a scam. IT'S A SCAM
